Site Access Training
(H-100)
Site Access Training - Intro 2
Course presentations are 8:30 am to ~4:00 pm.Breaks will be provided at approximately one
hour intervals.A one hour lunch break will be provided at a
convenient stopping point somewhere between approximately 11:30 and 12:00.
In the middle of Day 2, you will perform a dress-out practical evaluation.
A 50 question, multiple choice exam will be given at the end of Day 2. You must achieve at least an 80% and satisfactorily complete the practical to pass the class.
SCHEDULE
Please return from breaks and lunch at the designated times to minimize impact on the learning environment for others.
Please turn off cellular phones, pagers and other electronic devices during class.
Please minimize side conversations during presentations as they are distracting and may negatively affect the learning environment for others.
Computers provided for student use are subject to the standard NRC usage rules.
Please be sure to clean up after yourself.

Site Access Training (H-100)• This course is for NRC & contract employees whose
work may involve exposure to commercially-licensed nuclear power production/generation facilities.
• Subsequent annual Site Access Refresher Training course (H-101) is required to maintain access to these facilities. In addition, you will be required to attend “site-specific” training prior to entering a licensee’s facility.
• This course does not meet the requirements for use of respirators for entry into “airborne radioactivity areas.”
• Contact your Radiation Safety Officer to receive a dosimeter, as needed, after you’ve passed the course.
