Access
There are two access points to the property secured by existing joint access easements. They are as follows:
• Eastern Access: Entry to the eastern development site is granted via Sundown Trail along the Joint Access Easement to a point west and north of the existing Roxborough Country Club. The entry road would enter between the 18th Green and the 1st Tee of the golf course. The configuration of PA-14 boundaries anticipated a future access at this location.
• Western Access: Entry to the western development site can readily be accessed from the established roads in the Roxborough Downs residential community located to the west of the site. The configuration of Homestead at Arrowhead anticipated a future access at this location. The adjoining residential street system (Willow Broom Trail) would cross perpendicularly to a golf cart path between the 9th green and 10th tee.

Arrowhead Golf Club
No golf course in America has a setting quite like Arrowhead Golf Club, whose boundaries literally surround the Homestead at Arrowhead property. Opened in 1972 and designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., Arrowhead plays among 300-million-year-old sandstone formations, many of which are sharp at the top and point toward the mountains. Others resemble giant boulders, serving as hazards to fairways that tiptoe around them. The course plays 6,636 yards from the black tees and, while short by modern standards, presents a good test of golf with many large bunkers and challenging, fast greens. While the sandstone is visible from every hole, the most dramatic holes are on the back nine. The 10th hole, visible from the clubhouse, plays from an elevated tee with numerous rocks all pointing in similar direction. The par-3 13th features an elevated tee that plays between two massive rocks to a green framed by a small pond behind it (www.rockiesgolf.com) The course is owned and managed by Arcis Golf, the premiere golf course manager and ownership group in the country.

Chatfield State Park & Reservoir
Chatfield State Park offers a wealth of recreational activities, conveniently located on the southeast side of the Denver metropolitan area. Additionally, Chatfield State Park is truly one of Colorado’s full service outdoor recreation areas. Roxborough State Park
Ro xborough is a Colorado Natural Area and a National Natural Landmark for good reason. The park, with close to 4,000 acres, is filled with dramatic red-rock formations, distinct plant communities, and a host of wildlife ranging from black bears to mule deer.
Visitors can take in all of Roxborough’s geological wonders via a series of trails for every level of hiker. The Fountain Valley Overlook is only 100 yards from the Visitor Center and provides spectacular views of several beautiful rock formations, including the Fountain Formation, Lyons Formation, and the Dakota Hogback. Many visitors tote their cameras to capture one of the many beautiful views or animal sightings such as red fox from one of the park’s overlooks.
Red Rocks Amphitheatre
Situated in the heart of Morrison, Colorado the Red Rocks Amphitheatre is a great place to see some of the biggest and best in the music industry. With a uniquely located stage surrounded by incredible red rocks that tower above the seating areas and views of the sky and surrounding areas makes it simply breathtaking! The impressive seating capacity of over 9,000 and a range of super modern facilities makes this one of the best outdoor music venues in Colorado.

Lockheed Martin
Located just minutes from the Homestead at Arrowhead, Lockeed Martin is identified as Jefferson County’s largest private sector employer and an economic generator for the past 60 years. The company currently houses a workforce of approximately 4,875 employees at their Jefferson County location. The company is an American global aerospace, defense, security and advanced technologies company with worldwide interests. It stands as one of the world’s premier companies in the aerospace, defense, security, and technologies industry; it is the world’s largest defense contractor based on revenue for fiscal year 2014.
Charles Schwab
In October, 2014, Charles Schwab officially opened a new Corporate Campus just 20 minutes from the Homestead at Arrowhead site. The new campus houses 650,000 SF of office on 47 AC of land and currently employs approximately 1,900 professionals. Schwab has been in Colorado since 1978, when the company opened its first Colorado branch office in Denver. Colorado now has seven retail branches, of which four are in the Denver metropolitan area. The company opened a service center in Denver in 1991. Local Colorado employees work across a wide range of business functions, including Schwab Investor Services, Schwab Advisor Services, technology, operations and human resources among others.
