Site Visit Report #183 DATE: December 21, 2017 PROJECT: Lakewood High School Project: 2014-05 OBSERVATIONS: 1. Allied is removing construction fence panels from site. 2. Allied’s remaining “heavy equipment” is parked in the NE parking area, south of office trailer. 3. Installation of trees in parking areas is in progress. 4. Carpet installed at entry to Theater. 5. Wood base lumber for Theater has been installed. 6. Site lighting fixtures installed at new parking areas (bus drop-off to NW parking area).
View to northwest parking from “parent dropoff” drive. Note hydroseed application on slopes.
High school viewed from north parking area; construction fences removed.
“Pond” infill at NW parking area.
East side of Choir. Sound reflectors in place at west wall.
Band room viewed from NW. Wenger fixtures in place.
Stage viewed from south side of Theater seating. Edge of stage curve has been trimmed with wood.
Beginning installation of wood panels at Main Gym Painting of LHS graphic on south wall, Main Gym Wall above main entry.
