because of a Site Visit• Should only be scheduled IFF convenient • Scheduled IFF region is struggling to get Starter Grant applicants
» When to schedule?› When notifying team that they won the Starter Grant
• Actual visit – take place within the month they won the Starter Grant
› If during 3 week check-in it becomes clear that they are a 2nd priority team and you will be in the area some time soon – good time to schedule
