Findings of e-HR softwareAs per the study and analysis of e-HR software, It

shows that the market demand of the e-HR software is

growing, but steadily in all the industries.

It shows that the market demand and growth for e-HRsoftware is less in the Small-scale industries.

Low interest level and less requirement at the Smallscale industries as they have less working employees.

High Price of software is also one of the reason due toless interest level & demand at the Small scale industries.

Lack of Technical and Functional knowledge about thesoftware in minds of workers.

Findings of Biometric device

As per the study, market demand of Biometric device is

growing in the market more and will continue in futurealso. Small scale industries has less interest as they have less

working employees in their company. More of labour work and machinery operating &

handicrafts work in Small scale industries and less of officework. Less usage of Biometric device as workers does not have a

fixed and regular shifts , timings in the company.

High Price of product shows less interest in Small scaleindustries. Workers in Small scale industries are illiterate and has Lack

of technical and functional knowledge about device and thismakes them difficult to operate the device.

ConclusionThe Product and software prices of Intelliob is higher as

compared to other companies prices.

Even after spending 11 years in this field, the companyhas not able to expand its business on a large scale and

has not able to capture all the market areas.

The company does not have good training satisfactionprogram and its most of the customers are not satisfied with

it and they need to improve it in future.

The company is not able to provide the product on aimmediate basis and takes at least 7-8 days time for it.

RecommendationsCompany should focus on more areas of expansion and

should make more clients all over India.

Company should focus on delivering the products on aimmediate basis and meet the demand of the customerson time.

Company should indulge in Marketing activities likeVehicle campaigning, wall painting, demos should be donein order to create more awareness among the companies.

Company should sell its products at affordable prices and

should make changes in pricing of the product in whichcustomers get attracted to it.

The company should appoint more Marketing and Salesperson on contract basis in order to increase more sales

and generate more clients for the company
