Začetki podjetja segajo v oktober leta 1967, ko je Alojz Škrlj odprl popoldansko obrt, leta 1971 pa ustanovil zasebno delavnico. Njena dejavnost je bila proizvodnja strojev in drugih izdelkov iz pločevine, znana pa je bila predvsem kot proizvajalec puhalnikov za spravilo sena in mlinov za mletje živilske krme. Čeprav razmere niso bile naklonjene zaseb- nemu podjetništvu, je obratovalnica v sedemdesetih letih zaposlovala od 3 do 5 delavcev. V teh letih je bilo nekaj sto puhalnikov izvoženih tudi na italijansko tržišče. Potreba, posodobiti vinsko posodo v lastni kleti, je leta 1985 ponudila nov izziv. Izdelali smo prve posode iz nerjavne pločevine. V nekaj letih je proizvodnja izdelkov iz nerjavne pločevine povsem izpodrinila ostale proizvode. Istočasno z uvajanjem novega proizvodnega programa, se je večalo tudi število zaposlenih. Leta 1988 se je začelo obdobje intenzivnejšega razvoja, ko je bil izdelan in preizkušen prototip pnevmatske stiskalnice za grozdje. Dve leti kasneje je bilo izdelanih že 10 stiskalnic. Prvi izvozni posli so bili sklenjeni v letu 1991 s prodajo posod za vino v Avstrijo in Francijo. Zaradi večanja obsega poslovanja je bilo leta 1992 ustanovljeno podjetje Škrlj d.o.o., katerega osnovna dejavnost je razvoj, proizvodnja in prodaja opreme za vinarstvo ter drugo živilsko in kemijsko industrijo. Leta 1995 se je pokazala potreba po razširitvi proizvodnih prostorov, zato je bil večji del proizvodnje iz delavnice v Vrhpolju preseljen na novo lokacijo v Batujah. Podjetje danes zaposluje 80 delavcev. Največji delež proizvodnje podjetja je namenjen opremi za male in srednje vinarje. To so raznovrstne posode za vino in vinifikatorji ter pnevmatske stiskalnice za grozdje. V zadnjih letih je precej porasel delež proizvodnje različnih proces- nih posod za farmacevtsko in pivovarsko industrijo. Nekoliko manjši, a kljub temu nezanemarljiv delež pa predstavlja različna oprema za mlekarsko ter ostalo živilsko industrijo. 90% svojih proizvodov izvozimo, od tega največ v Avstrijo, Nemčijo, Španijo, Francijo, ZDA, Grčijo ter na Češko, Hrvaško in Portugalsko. Povpraševanje na trgu narekuje nenehno rast in posodabljanje proizvodnje in temu skušamo tudi nenehno slediti. Sistem obvladovanja, načrtovanja in proizvodnje je urejen po standardih ISO9001, EN 729-2 in PED, kar potrjuje našo odločenost, utrjevati svoj položaj ter prodirati na nova svetovna tržišča tako s kakovostnimi proizvodi, kakor tudi s kakovostjo naših storitev. Due to the expansion of business the firm Škrlj d.o.o. was founded in 1992, whose main activity has been the develop- ment, manufacturing and selling of equipment for the wine trade and other food and chemical industries. Due to a lack of space for manufacturing the biggest part of manufacturing was moved in 1995 from Vrhpolje to Batuje. Today the firm has 80 employees. Most production is designed to supply equipment to small wine producers. There are various sorts of wine storage tanks, fermenters and pneumatic wine presses. In the last few years the production of different process tanks for the pharmaceutical and brewing industries has increased in relative terms. A smaller, but no less important, part of produc- tion involves equipment for the dairy and other food and chemical industries. 90 percent of our products are exported mainly to Austria, Germany, Spain, France, the United States of America, Greece, but also the Czech Republic, Croatia and Portugal. Market interest dictates constant growth and the modernisation of production and we seek to follow these demands. Our management, design and production system is in accordance with the ISO9001, EN 729-2 and PED standards. This confirms our decision to consolidate our market position and to conquer new world markets with both quality products and quality service. Z uporabo moderne tehnike in najsodobnejših tehnologij za obdelavo nerjavne pločevine izdelujemo posodno opremo, ki ustreza najvišjim stand-ardom varnosti in kakovosti.

Pri načrtovanju in izdelavi upoštevamo uporabniške zahteve naročnika, splošna pravila stroke in dobre inženirske in proizvodne prakse (good engineering and manufacturing practice). V lastnem konstrukcijskem oddelku naši visoko usposobljeni inženirji delajo z najsodobnejšo CAD tehnologijo. To poleg hitrega načrtovanja in natančne izdelave posodne opreme zagotavlja tudi kakovostno dokumentacijo, ki je glede na zahteve naročnika lahko izdelana po najzahtevnejših standardih tako na elektronskem kot tudi klasičnem mediju.

Certifikat TÜV potrjuje izpolnjevanje pogojev po standardu EN 729-2 v povezavi z AD 2000-Merkblatt HP0. Načrtovanje in proizvodnjo tlačnih posod v skladu s smernico 97/23/EG (PED, Modul D) spremlja priglašeni organ za ugotavljanje skladnosti (TÜV, CE 0531).

Sistem obvladovanja, načrtovanja in proizvodnje je urejen po standardu ISO9001.

Glede na zahteve naročnika je posodna oprema lahko izdelana v skladu s smernico 94/9/EG (ATEX), ki opredeljuje pogoje za opremo v eksplozijsko ogroženem okolju.

V proizvodnji zagotavljamo sledljivost materiala in tehnoloških postopkov. Uporabljamo visokokavostna nerjavna jekla (EN 1 4301, 1 4404, 1 4571, 1 4435 in druga glede na zahteve naročnika) s površino 2B, 2R, 1D idr. Končna obdelava zunanjih in notranjih površin posode ter zvarov je glede na namen uporabe in zahteve naročnika lahko različna (pasiviranje, brušenje, mehansko poliranje, elektropoliranje).

Applying modern engineering techniques and state-of-the-art technologies to stainless steel sheet machining, we have manufactured vessel equipment that meets the most stringent safety and quality standards.

In both the design and manufacture, we have fulfilled our customer's requirements, while applying good engineering and manufacturing practices using our in-house design department, our highly qualified engineers and our state-of-the-art CAD technology. In addition to speeding-up the de-sign process and guaranteeing high precision vessel equipment products, this technology also provides high quality documents compliant to the highest standards, which, according to the customer's demands, may be handed out either on an electronic medium or in a paper based version.

Out TÜV certificate demonstrates our meeting of the EN 729-2 standard specifications in combination with the AD 2000-Merkblatt HP0. Our proc-esses are in accordance with Directive 97/23/EC (PED, Module D) guideline and are monitored by a body notified for conformity assessment (TÜV, CE 0531).

Our management, design and production system also is in accordance with the ISO9001 standard.

Depending on the customer's specifications, vessel equipment may be manufactured in conformance with Directive 94/9/EC (ATEX) on equipment intended for operation in potentially explosive atmospheres.

In our production, we maintain traceability of materials and technological processes. We apply high grade stainless steels (EN 1 4301, 1 4404, 1 4571, 1 4435 and others, according to the customer's specifications) with surface finishes 2B, 2R, 1D etc. Depending on the intended application and customer's specifications, different surface finishes of the vessels internal and external surfaces and welds are available (passivation, grinding, mechanical polishing, electric polishing).

Posodno opremo za tovrstne namene izdelamo kot posode za uporabo pod atmosfer-skim tlakom ali kot tlačne posode v skladu s PED (97/23/EG).

Posode so običajno cilindrične oblike, postavitev je lahko vertikalna ali horizontalna.

Oprema posod je vedno prilagojena zahtevam naročnika ob upoštevanju standardov ter zakonske regulative in lahko vsebuje:- prirobnične, TC, navojne ali druge priključke- različne vrste in velikosti servisnih, revizijskih ali vsipnih odprtin- hladilno-grelni plašč in/ali dno, ki je izveden kot navarjen dvojni plašč, dvojni plašč z

alna volna; izolacija je obdana z nerjavno pločevino)- ogledna stekla različnih izvedb (DIN28120 ali druge) s svetilko (tudi v Ex izvedbi) ali

brez - pralne glave in turbine- mešala- talni ventil z ročnim, pnevmatskim ali drugim pogonom- razpočni disk- filter- manometer- temperaturne sonde- nivojske sonde- druga oprema po naročilu

Za lažji in varen dostop do višjih posod ali priključkov izdelamo tudi podeste, stopnice ali lestve.

Uporabljeni materiali, obdelava zunanjih in notranjih površin posode in zvarov ter izvedba podnic so glede na namen uporabe in zahteve naročnika lahko različni (glej tabelo 1 in 2).

Vessel equipment for these applications is available either as atmospheric pressure or positive pressure vessels in accordance with the PED Directive (97/23/EC).

Normally, vessels are cylindrical, for vertical or horizontal installation.

Vessel fittings and accessories are conformant with the customer's specifications, always observing standards and regulations, and may include:- flange, TC, threaded or other connections- service, revision and filling openings of different designs and sizes- cooling/heating jacket and/or bottom, designed either as a weld-on pillow plate,

double jacket with directing coil, or a weld-on half-tube or U-section cooling/heating coil

- vessel insulation (partial or integral surface, insulation material: PU, mineral wool; insulation is enclosed in a stainless steel sheet coating)

- sight glasses of different designs (DIN28120 or other) with or without lamp (including Ex designs)

- rinsing heads and turbines;- agitators- tank outlet valves with manual, compressed air or other type operation;- rupture discs- filters- pressure gauges- temperature probes- level probes- as well as other fittings and accessories according to specifications.

For safe and convenient access to higher vessels or overhead connections, platforms, stairs and ladders are available.

A range of materials, internal, external surface and weld surface finishes, and support legs are available to suit different uses and customer's requirements (see Tables 1 and 2).

Pharmaceutics and bio-pharmaceutics belong to the most demanding vessel equip-ment application fields. In addition to the above mentioned quality assurance standards, the manufacturing of this type of vessel involves the following procedures and facilities:- measurement and recording of surface roughness (Ra)- measurement of the variations in ferrite contents in the products (∆Fe)- electroplating.

PHARMACEUTICS AND BIOPHARMACEUTICS

Farmacija in biofarmacija sta med zahtevnejšimi področji uporabe posodne opreme. Poleg že omenjenih ukrepov za zagotavljanje kakovosti, je za tovrstno posodno opremo pomembeno tudi zagotavljanje naslednjih postopkov in opreme:- merjenje in dokumentiranje hrapavosti površin (Ra)- merjenje spremebe vsebnosti feritov v izdelkih (∆Fe)- elektropoliranje

2Rza izdelavo izdelka je bila uporabljena hladno valjana pločevina s površino 2R (IIId) po EN10088-2. Na površini so dopustne nepravilnosti, ki nastanejo pri različnih postopkih izdelave. Hrapavost uporabljene pločevine (pred pričetkom izdelave) 0,03µm<Ra<0,1µm. Hrapavost izdelka ni kontrolirana.

1Dza izdelavo je bila uporabljena toplo valjana pločevina s površino 1D (IIa) po EN10088-2. Na površini so dopustne nepravilnosti, ki nastanejo pri različnih postopkih izdelave. Hrapavost uporabljene pločevine (pred pričetkom izdelave) 2µm<Ra<6µm. Hrapavost izdelka ni kontrolirana.

BBRUŠENA: za izdelavo izdelka je bila uporabljena pločevina s površino brušeno z zrnom 120 - 220 (odvisno od debeline pločevine, področja uporabe,...). Na površini so dopustne nepravilnosti, ki nastanejo pri različnih postopkih izdelave. Hrapavost uporabljene pločevine (pred pričetkom izdelave) 0,3µm<Ra<1,0µm. Hrapavost izdelka ni kontrolirana.

KKROŽKANA: za izdelavo izdelka je bila uporabljena pločevina s krožkano površino. Na površini so dopustne nepravilnosti, ki nastanejo pri različnih postopkih izdelave.Hrapavost uporabljene pločevine (pred pričetkom izdelave) 0,3µm<Ra<1,0µm. Hrapavost izdelka ni kontrolirana.

SPESKANOizdelek oz. sestavni del je po celotni površini peskan s steklenimi perlami 75-150 µm. Hrapavost izdelka ni kontrolirana.

B120BRUŠENO K120celotna površina zbrušena z zrnom 120. Izravnane so nepravilnosti na površini, ki so nastale med postopkom izdelave. Hrapavost površine izdelka Ra<1,2µm. Kontrolira in certificira se hrapavost izdelka.
