This new red-brick corner building is suitable as a fine head office and
workplace for a company that wishes to distinguish itself through
environmental efficiency, to succeed boldly and to position itself as a

The eight-storey Lintulahti Corner offers pleasant and adaptable working facilities for up to

A relaxing lunch restaurant will be built on the elegant lobby floor as well as an ultra-modern
conference center, whose spacious rooms will be equipped with the latest technology and fast
broadband. On the three basement floors there will be facilities for 130 parking spaces and a bicycle
park, among other things.
Lintulahti Corner represents the most modern building technology and is being built in accordance
with the standards of LEED certification.
