We Don’t Cut Corners when it Comes to Safety

Our safety arrangements are externally verified, so you can rest

assured that we don’t cut corners when it comes to the safety of

your group. Externally audited, our Safety Management System

(SMS) assess each component of a tour individually, including all

suppliers to assess suitability and how risks can be effectively

managed, so as not to remove the original experience, but to be

Our Coaches

We select our coach operators on a range of criteria including experience, reliability, vehicle quality and driver suitability. An individual

SMS audit is carried out for all companies on an annual basis ensuring that all vehicles are serviced regularly and that all relevant

documentation is in place.

There is no replacement for seeing something. That is why Ski Adaptable offer all group leaders the opportunity to visit their selected resort and accommodation in advance of your trip. Contact us for more information.

Included in your price is fully tailored winter sports travel insurance and full medical cover. This means each member of your group is covered for £5million Medical Expenses, £2million Personal Liability, Ski Breakage, in addition to £5million Organisers Liability.

Safety in Resort and on the Slopes

We will send you a copy of our ‘Before You Go’ Pack, which gives details to pupils of how to stay safe on the slopes. In addition your Ski Adaptable Rep and ski instructors are on hand to help keep your group safe on the slopes and in resort. many reasons - undemanding ski areas, good progression,

beautiful villages with friendly locals are just some.

For the beginners, Folgaria is a great place to learn to ski!

Sheltered nursery slopes at high altitude help learners to improve

technique and confidence, and the excellent progression

opportunities offer opportunities to discover beautiful tree-lined

runs with good natural progression.

For the more experienced, 100km of good quality blues and reds

offer more than enough to occupy. Open bowls and tree-lined

runs offer beautiful rolling gentle slopes. Almost all of the area

Located in the Pordenonese Mountains lying beneath the

impressive Monte Cavallo, the attractive village of Piancavallo

with its typically Italian feel is the perfect destination for a school

ski trip. Recognised on an international level, Piancavallo has

been hosting world club championships for 14 years boasting

impressive giant slalom runs as well as a variety of long easy runs

for beginners and intermediate skiers.

The resort is particularly suited to mixed ability groups due to the

Your group will be based in San Valentino, which together with

nearby La Polsa are two purpose built ski resorts lying above the

town of Brentonico, with a typically Italian atmosphere. Small

resorts, offering good skiing for beginners and intermediates, with

a relaxed resort, ensuring an easy, rewarding week for skiing.

When choosing these resorts, doorstep skiing takes on a new

meaning on the slopes of San Valentino, where your students

can literally ski back to the door of your hotel. A total of 4Okm of

pistes offers a wide variety of skiing without being too immense.

The beginners slope is located a mere 50 meters from your

hotel and new state-of-the-art four person chair lifts in both

resorts ease the transition from beginner slope to the next step.

The ski hire shop is adjoined to the hotel, which means overall,

invoice for the 1st deposits.

Second deposits are due 8 weeks later. Your final payment is

due 12 weeks before departure. We aim to send your ‘Party

Leader Pack’ 4 weeks prior to departure, which includes a

detailed itinerary and maps, in addition to a Before You Go Pack.

offer support with any questions, and send you a Provisional

Booking email detailing what to do next.
