BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS • Payment indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions of Sno’n’Ski. This includes the terms and conditions of any supplier. • All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated as up to 100% of deposits are released to suppliers to confirm your booking. The

supplier determines the terms and conditions on which the paid deposit is held. Payment is required as per the payment schedule above. If for any reason your balance is not received by Sno’n’Ski by the due date, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled and to apply the applicable cancellation charges. Increased costs or fees may apply to late payments depending on supplier conditions. Payment dates are subject to change without notice as required by suppliers.

• All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST. All prices are subject to change until the final payment is received by

Sno’n’Ski. This includes, but is not limited to increases in fuel surcharges by all suppliers. For international quotations, prices are subject to major fluctuations in the rate of exchange until paid in full. For quotations including flights, airfare taxes are correct at time of quotation however are subject to fluctuation and change until paid in full. All airlines reserve the right to withdraw and/or change schedules at any time. Please note that the quotation is based on a specific group size as indicated above. Any reduction will require the quotation to be re-assessed.

• It is strongly recommended that travel insurance is obtained to protect all travellers against unexpected circumstances such as cancellation

fees, loss of baggage, illness, injury, theft of ski equipment, additional expenses and personal liability. The department of Foreign Affairs and Trade strongly recommends Travel Insurance for all overseas travel. Please visit their website for more information www.dfat.com.au. A Travel Insurance policy becomes effective once payment and completed enrolment forms for the group have been returned to Sno’n’Ski. Please note that under current legislation, medical & hospital expenses are not covered for any domestic policy.

• Cancellation fees apply to all confirmed reservations. Cancellation fees vary between all suppliers and can be as high as 100% of the total

package cost. Cancellations made after the final payment due date above will incur 100% cancellations fees and thus nil refund. Some components of the tour may be transferable to another individual. Sno’n’Ski reserve the right to charge cancellation fees for cancellations after due dates on payments outstanding.

• Completed student information sheets are required by Sno’n’Ski prior to final payment • International flights: It is the responsibility of the school to ensure that the names provided are correct as per passport spelling (excluding

middle names). Passports must have six months validity from the return date back into Australia. Visas and travel documents are the responsibility of the individual passengers however Sno’n’ski request a copy of all passports.

• Domestic flights: It is the responsibility of the school to ensure that the names provided are correct as per photo ID (school ID is sufficient

for students). • Deposits may be required for some equipment hire providers. Minors may also need to have either a parent or guardian complete an

unaccompanied minor form which includes a credit card deposit. • Once lift tickets are collected it is the co-ordinator’s responsibility to ensure that they are handed out and attached correctly. Lost or stolen

tickets will not be replaced. • Sno’n’Ski does not accept any liability for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or

indirectly by any events which are beyond its control including, but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of Government, failure of machinery or equipment, industrial action and adverse snow or weather conditions
