1. Logging on to the BANKSETA Seta Management System (Indicium)

Step 1: Go to www.BANKSETA.org.za

Step 2: Click on the “Stakeholder Logon” link

Step 3: Enter your user name and password on the logon page

Step 4: Click on the Login ButtonStep 5: Select the company on the SDF Dashboard by clicking on the name and then on

the action button

Click on the magnifying glass tosearchSelect dropdown to see whatcriteria are available for theselectionFunctionality available to add anentry or to bulk import using theexcel template provided.Refer to the section on BulkImport for the guidance.Functionality available to edit,remove or remove all entries

Step 6: View the company details and see the list of items on the left panel where theforms can be accessed

2. Creating New ATR 2014/2015 and WSP 2015/2016 Forms

Step 1: Click on the WSP/ATR. Please note if you have not confirmed your organisationdetails the system will not allow you to access the WSP & ATR forms and will pop up amessage to first confirm the details.

Step 2: Click on the “Financial Year” dropdown box below the “Create a new WorkplaceSkills Plan” heading.

Step 3: Select the year “1 April 2015 – 31 March 2016”Step 4: Select the form size and click on the “Create” Button

Note: If you select “Large” the system will only give you the WSP Forms forMedium /Large Organisations to complete.

Step 5: The forms will create and the user has the option to view

Step 6: Click on “view” and the following will be displayed

To upload multiple records a bulk import functionality has been created.Click on Bulk Import and an excel template will be available to complete andimport.

The following screen will display when you click on the Bulk Import Click on Download Excel Template

The following excel template will be available to either open or save as.Save the document to a folder and update once you have completed allfields you can import the document onto Indicium.

NOTE: All fields have a dropdown only the details in the dropdown areacceptable and will be uploaded. No changes to the template should bemade i.e. no changing columns or adding columns, no formulas will beaccepted. Changes to the format of the template will result in errors.

NOTE: All forms will have the Bulk Import functionality available and theprinciple will stay the same for all forms.

On the template there are tabs which can be used to guide you through theprocess. These will clearly show you what is included in the dropdown, whatcountries and provinces are to be used.

Once you have completed the template and are ready to import thetemplate ensure the template has been saved in your folder.

Click on browse and select the relevant folder (relevant to the form) andclick import – depending on your internet browser or google chrome thefile uploaded will be shown in green.

An error report will be available with the errors which have occurred.

Once the errors are corrected you can reimport the corrected lines ontothe system all entries imported will display in the section as indicatedbelow.
