Error:
Failed to install SfB due Microsoft Office Home and Student 2019 issue
• Possible solution:1. Install SfB Standalone 2015.
2. Navigate Portal MyGovUC > Muat Turun > Perisian > Skype for Business > Skype for Business Standalone 2015 (Bit version follow Microsoft Office bit version)

Error:
Installation success but after open SfB, only blank/white interface.
• Possible solution:1. Maintain/open SfB.
2. Navigate SfB properties by right-click on SfB icon on taskbar and right-click again on SfB icon then click properties

Error:
You didn’t get signed in. It might be your sign-in address or logon credentials, so try those again. If that doesn’t work, contact your support team.
• Possible solution:1. Enter correct credential (username and password)
2. Enable SfB subscription in IPMS UC Admin Portal.
3. If already subsribed, unsubsribe then re-subscribe SfB.
4. Wait for 10-15 minutes after the subscription for the system to update in exchange server. Or check sip record (IPMS UC Admin > Accounts > Active > Search user > Mailboxes > Email Addresses & Protocol) . If there sip record then its already update in exchange server.

5. Reset password to default and retry login

Still pop up Same Error message:
You didn’t get signed in. It might be your sign-in address or logon credentials, so try those again. If that doesn’t work, contact your support team.
• Possible solution:1. Quit SfB, look for SfB icon in the taskbar, right-click
it and select Quit. If can not find SfB, open Task Manager by right-click the taskbar (or press Ctrl + Alt + Delete). Then select SfB and click End Task.

2. Press the Windows and R keys on your keyboard at the same time.
3. Type appwix.cpl in the Run dialog and click OK.
4. Find SfB in the list, right-click it and select Removeand Uninstall.

5. Download and install recommended version
6. If still error, repeat the same step but this time install SfBStand Alone 2015.

Still pop up same error message:
You didn’t get signed in. It might be your sign-in address or logon credentials, so try those again. If that doesn’t work, contact your support team.
• Possible solution:1. Quit SfB by secondary clicking SfB, then select Quit
SfB
2. Open your Application folder and drag your copy of SfB to the trash.
3. Open Finder and search for “ Skype for Business” using the search feature in Mac OS X. Move all of the results returned to the thrash.
4. Secondary click on the thrash icon and select Empty Trash.
5. Restart computer.
6. Download and install the latest version of SfB.

Error:
Skype for Business couldn’t find a Skype for Business Server for <servername>. There might be an issue with the Domain Name System (DNS) configuration for your domain. See KB2566790 for details and contact your system admin.
• Possible solution:1. Open CMD and run ipconfig /flushdns
2. Close SfB and delete user SIP profile in C:\Users\<userprofile>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Lync and relogging.

Cannot search user in SfB
• Possible solution:1. Log-out SfB and Delete my sign-in info.
2. Quit SfB, look for SfB icon in the taskbar, right-click it and select Quit. If can not find SfB, open Task Manager by right-click the taskbar (or press Ctrl + Alt + Delete). Then select SfB and click End Task.
3. Navigate to Users > Username > AppData (must enable View Hidden Items) > Local > Microsoft > Office > X ( X = SfB version which is 16.0 = SfB2016, 15.0 = SfB 2013, 14.0 = Lync 2010) > Lync
4. Delete sip_profileName folder.
5. Delete all files in Tracing folder. Do not delete the folder itself.
6. Clear DNS cache in Command Prompt run ipconfig/flushdns command.

• Possible solution:1. Log-out and quit SfB.
2. Go to Finder > press Command+Shift+G > type in ~/Library > delete the following files:
~/Library/Containers > com.microsoft.SkypeForBusiness
~/Library/Application Support > Skype folder
~/Library/Internet Plug-Ins > MeetingJoinPlugin.plugin
~/Library/Logs > LwaTracing
3. Open Keychain Access from /Applications/Utilities folder.
4. Delete all keychains starting with Skype For Business.
Note: if you cannot locate the necessary folder under library, type in the full path in the Finder or Spotlight search.

• Possible solution:Navigate Microsoft Outlook > Calendar > New Skype

Error:
Unable to perform audio/ video/ presentation/ send items
Failed due to network issue
• Possible solution:Make sure internet network is good, strong and
consistent. Advisable network speed 5Mbps for video and 1Mbps for audio during conference. Use this link https://fast.com/ to check network speed.
Make user has external microphone and speaker available if unable to perform audio/ video.
Ensure all ports required for SfB are opened on agency network/ firewall. Refer to list of ports required accordingly provided for UC Admin.

Error:
<filename>.pptx couldn’t be converted for sharing because Visual Basic for Application (VBA) is not installed on this computer. Please install VBA and try again.
• Possible solution:1. Log out and Quit SfB
2. Navigate to Control Panel > Programs (View by : Category) > Programs and Features > Microsoft Office (Select your Office product)
3. Click Change then select Add or Remove features and click on Continue.
4. Expand Office Shared Features and check if Visual Basic for Application has been installed

Error:
Unable to perform SFB Multi Conferencing
• Possible solution: Enable "Multi Conference for SfB" option in
IPMS only for Host. Host will invite participants using link that generate from MS Outlook Client Calendar (New Skype Meeting) or SfB (Meet Now).
Make sure internet network is good, strong and consistent. Advisable network speed 5Mbps for video and 1Mbps for audio during conference. Use this link https://fast.com/ to check network speed.
Ensure all ports required for SfB are opened on agency network/ firewall. Refer to list of ports required accordingly provided for UC Admin.

Error:
Unable to invite other Participant due to Meeting Full
• Possible solution: Subscribe Multi Conference in IPMS UC Admin
only for Host and the invitation only can be made by the host’s account.
If still meeting full, Restart computer then Reset password to default and retry login
If still meeting full, create new link for skype meeting.

Error:
Mac OS not allowing SfB to talk to my built-in microphone
• Possible solution:1. Go to system Preferences
2. Go to Security and Privacy
3. Go to Privacy Tab
4. Scroll down to Microphone – There you will see SfB pop up with a check box
5. Check the box – it will suggest that you restart SfB and offer to do it for you
6. Restart SfB

5. If still no record function host’s account, create new link for skype meeting.

• Possible solution:1. Enter correct credential (username and password)
