Thismanualisinitselfananalogdeclarationofintent.Suchawritingmustbesecuredfrompublicscrutiny.Otherwise,itmightberecognizedasatechnicallyformaldeclarationofdomesticwar.Furthermore,wheneveranypersonorgroupofpersonsinapositionofgreatpowerandwithoutfullknowledgeandconsentofthepublic,usessuchknowledgeandmethodologiesforeconomicconquest-itmustbeunderstoodthatastateofdomesticwarfareexistsbetweensaidpersonorgroupofpersonsandthepublic.



Thesolutionoftoday'sproblemsrequiresanapproachwhichisruthlesslycandid,withnoagonizingoverreligious,moralorculturalvalues.

Youhavequalifiedforthisprojectbecauseofyourabilitytolookathumansocietywithcoldobjectivity,andyetanalyzeanddiscussyourobservationsandconclusionswithothersofsimilarintellectualcapacitywithoutthelossofdiscretionorhumility.Suchvirtuesareexercisedinyourownbestinterest.Donotdeviatefromthem.

HISTORICALINTRODUCTION

SilentweapontechnologyhasevolvedfromOperationsResearch(O.R.),astrategicandtacticalmethodologydevelopedundertheMilitaryManagementinEnglandduringWorldWarII.TheoriginalpurposeofOperationsResearchwastostudythestrategicandtacticalproblemsofairandlanddefensewiththeobjectiveofeffectiveuseoflimitedmilitaryresourcesagainstforeignenemies(i.e.,logistics).

Itwassoonrecognizedbythoseinpositionsofpowerthatthesamemethodsmightbeusefulfortotallycontrollingasociety.Butbettertoolswerenecessary.

Socialengineering(theanalysisandautomationofasociety)requiresthecorrelationofgreatamountsofconstantlychangingeconomicinformation(data),soahigh-speedcomputerizeddata-processingsystemwasnecessarywhichcouldraceaheadofthesocietyandpredictwhensocietywouldarriveforcapitulation.

Relaycomputersweretoslow,buttheelectroniccomputer,inventedin1946byJ.PresperEckertandJohnW.Mauchly,filledthebill.

Thenextbreakthroughwasthedevelopmentofthesimplexmethodoflinearprogrammingin1947bythemathematicianGeorgeB.Dantzig.

Thenin1948,thetransistor,inventedbyJ.Bardeen,W.H.Brattain,andW.Shockley,promisedgreatexpansionofthecomputerfieldbyreducingspaceandpowerrequirements.

Withthesethreeinventionsundertheirdirection,thoseinpositionsofpowerstronglysuspectedthatitwaspossibleforthemtocontrolthewholeworldwiththepushofabutton.

Immediately,theRockefellerFoundationgotinonthegroundfloorbymakingafour-yeargranttoHarvardCollege,fundingtheHarvardEconomicResearchProjectforthestudyofthestructureoftheAmericanEconomy.Oneyearlater,in1949,TheUnitedStatesAirForcejoinedin.

In1952thegrantperiodterminated,andahigh-levelmeetingoftheElitewasheldtodeterminethenextphaseofsocialoperationsresearch.TheHarvardprojecthadbeenveryfruitful,asisborneoutbythepublicationofsomeofitsresultsin1953suggestingthefeasibilityofeconomic(social)engineering(*).

Engineeredinthelasthalfofthedecadeofthe1940's,thenewQuietWarmachinestood,sotospeak,insparklinggold-platedhardwareontheshowroomfloorby1954.



Withthecreationofthemaserin1954,thepromiseofunlockingunlimitedsourcesoffusionatomicenergyfromtheheavyhydrogeninseawaterandtheconsequentavailabilityofunlimitedsocialpowerwasapossibilityonlydecadesaway.

Thecombinationwasirresistible.

TheQuietWarwasquietlydeclaredbytheInternationalEliteatameetingheldin1954.

Althoughthesilentweaponssystemwasnearlyexposed13yearslater,theevolutionofthenewweapon-systemhasneversufferedanymajorsetbacks.

Thisvolumemarksthe25thanniversaryofthebeginningoftheQuietWar.Alreadythisdomesticwarhashadmanyvictoriesonmanyfrontsthroughouttheworld.

In1954itwaswellrecognizedbythoseinpositionsofauthoritythatitwasonlyamatteroftime,onlyafewdecades,beforethegeneralpublicwouldbeabletograspandupsetthecradleofpower,fortheveryelementsofthenewsilent-weapontechnologywereasaccessibleforapublicutopiaastheywereforprovidingaprivateutopia.

Theissueofprimaryconcern,thatofdominance,revolvedaroundthesubjectoftheenergysciences.

Energyisrecognizedasthekeytoallactivityonearth.Naturalscienceisthestudyofthesourcesandcontrolofnaturalenergy,andsocialscience,theoreticallyexpresseda>economics,isthestudyofthesourcesandcontrolofsocialenergy.Botharebookkeepingsystems:mathematics.Therefore,mathematicsistheprimaryenergyscience.Andthebookkeepercanbekingifthepubliccanbekeptignorantofthemethodologyofthebookkeeping.

In1954thiswastheissueofprimaryconcern.Althoughtheso-called"moraliss

ues"wereraised,inviewofthelawofnaturalselectionitwasagreedthatanationorworldofpeoplewhowillnotusetheirintelligencearenobetterthananimalswhodonothaveintelligence.Suchpeoplearebeastsofburdenandsteaksonthetablebychoiceandconsent.

Consequently,intheinterestoffutureworldorder,peace,andtranquillity,itwasdecidedtoprivatelywageaquietwaragainsttheAmericanpublicwithanultimateobjectiveofpermanentlyshiftingthenaturalandsocialenergy(wealth)oftheundisciplinedandirresponsiblemanyintothehandsoftheself-disciplined,responsible,andworthyfew.



Inordertoimplementthisobjective,itwasnecessarytocreate,secure,andapplynewweaponswhich,asitturnedout,wereaclassofweaponssosubtleandsophisticatedintheirprincipleofoperationandpublicappearanceastoearnforthemselvesthename"silentweapons".

Inconclusion,theobjectiveofeconomicresearch,asconductedbythemagnatesofcapital(banking)andtheindustriesofcommodities(goods)andservices,istheestablishmentofaneconomywhichistotallypredictableandmanipulatable.

Inordertoachieveatotallypredictableeconomy,thelow-classelementsofsocietymustbebroughtundertotalcontrol,i.e.,mustbehousebroken,trained,andassignedayokeandlong-termsocialdutiesfromaveryearlyage,beforetheyhaveanopportunitytoquestiontheproprietyofthematter.Inordertoachievesuchconformity,thelower-classfamilyunitmustbedisintegratedbyaprocessofincreasingpreoccupationoftheparentsandtheestablishmentofgovernment-operatedday-carecentersfortheoccupationallyorphanedchildren.

Thequalityofeducationgiventothelowerclassmustbeofthepoorestsort,sothatthemoatofignoranceisolatingtheinferiorclassfromthesuperiorclassisandremainsincomprehensibletotheinferiorclass.Withsuchaninitialhandicap,evenbrightlowerclassindividualshavelittleifanyhopeofextricatingthemselvesfromtheirassignedlotinlife.Thisformofslaveryisessentialtomaintainsomemeasureofsocialorder,peace,andtranquillityfortherulin

gupperclass.

DESCRIPTIVEINTRODUCTIONOFTHESILENTWEAPON

Everythingthatisexpectedfromanordinaryweaponisexpectedfromasilentweaponbyitscreators,butonlyinitsownmanneroffunctioning.

Itshootssituations,insteadofbullets;propelledbydataprocessing,insteadofchemicalreaction(explosion);originatingfrombitsofdata,insteadofgrainsofgunpowder;fromacomputer,insteadofagun;operatedbyacomputerprogr

ammer,insteadofamarksman;undertheordersofabankingmagnate,insteadofamilitarygeneral.

Itmakesnoobviousexplosivenoises,causesnoobviousphysicalormentalinjuries,anddoesnotobviouslyinterferewithanyone'sdailysociallife.

Yetitmakesanunmistakable"noise,"causesunmistakablephysicalandmentaldamage,andunmistakablyinterfereswiththedailysociallife,i.e.,unmistakabletoatrainedobserver,onewhoknowswhattolookfor.

Thepubliccannotcomprehendthisweapon,andthereforecannotbelievethattheyarebeingattackedandsubduedbyaweapon.

Thepublicmightinstinctivelyfeelthatsomethingiswrong,butthatisbecauseofthetechnicalnatureofthesilentweapon,theycannotexpresstheirfeelinginarationalway,orhandletheproblemwithintelligence.Therefore,theydonotknowhowtocryforhelp,anddonotknowhowtoassociatewithotherstodefendthemselvesagainstit.

Whenasilentweaponisappliedgradually,thepublicadjusts/adaptstoitspresenceandlearnstotolerateitsencroachmentontheirlivesuntilthepressure(psychologicalviaeconomic)becomestoogreatandtheycrackup.



Therefore,thesilentweaponisatypeofbiologicalwarfare.Itattacksthevitality,options,andmobilityoftheindividualsofasocietybyknowing,understanding,manipulating,andattackingtheirsourcesofnaturalandsocialenergy,andtheirphysical,mental,andemotionalstrengthsandweaknesses.

WhatMr.Rothschildhaddiscoveredwasthebasicprincipleofpower,influence,andcontroloverpeopleasappliedtoeconomics.Thatprincipleis"whenyouassumetheappearanceofpower,peoplesoongiveittoyou."

Mr.Rothschildhaddiscoveredthatcurrencyordepositloanaccountshadtherequiredappearanceofpowerthatcouldbeusedtoinducepeople(inductance,withpeoplecorrespondingtoamagneticfield)intosurrenderingtheirrealwealthin

exchangeforapromiseofgreaterwealth(insteadofrealcompensation).Theywouldputuprealcollateralinexchangeforaloanofpromissorynotes.Mr.Rothschildfoundthathecouldissuemorenotesthanhehadbackingfor,solongashehadsomeone'sstockofgoldasapersuadertoshowhiscustomers.

Mr.Rothschildloanedhispromissorynotestoindividualandtogovernments.Thesewouldcreateoverconfidence.Thenhewouldmakemoneyscarce,tightencontrolofthesystem,andcollectthecollateralthroughtheobligationofcontracts.Thecyclewasthenrepeated.Thesepressurescouldbeusedtoigniteawar.Thenhewouldcontroltheavailabilityofcurrencytodeterminewhowouldwinthewar.Thatgovernmentwhichagreedtogivehimcontrolofitseconomicsystemgothissupport.

Collectionofdebtswasguaranteedbyeconomicaidtotheenemyofthedebtor.TheprofitderivedfromthiseconomicmethodologymadMr.Rothschildallthemoreabletoexpandhiswealth.Hefoundthatthepublicgreedwouldallowcurrencytobeprintedbygovernmentorderbeyondthelimits(inflation)ofbackinginpreciousmetalortheproductionofgoodsandservices.

Thefinalkeytoeconomiccontrolhadtowaituntiltherewassufficientdataandhigh-speedcomputingequipmenttokeepclosewatchontheeconomicoscillationscreatedbypriceshockingandexcesspaperenergycredits-paperinductance/inflation.

TheHarvardEconomicResearchProject(1948-)wasanextensionofWorldWarIIOperationsResearch.Itspurposewastodiscoverthescienceofcontrollinganeconomy:atfirsttheAmericaneconomy,andthentheworldeconomy.Itwasfeltthatwithsufficientmathematicalfoundationanddata,itwouldbenearlyaseasytopredictandcontrolthetrendofaneconomyastopredictandcontrolthetrajectoryofaprojectile.Suchhasproventobethecase.Moreover,theeconomyhasbeentransformedintoaguidedmissileontarget.



TheimmediateaimoftheHarvardprojectwastodiscovertheeconomicstructure,whatforceschangethatstructure,howthebehaviorofthestructurecanbepredicted,andhowitcanbemanipulated.Whatwasneededwasawell-organizedknowledgeofthemathematicalstructuresandinterrelationshipsofinvestment,production,distribution,andconsumption.

Foresightflowistheresultofthatpropertyoflivingentitiestocauseenergy(food)tobestoredforaperiodoflowenergy(e.g.,awinterseason).Itconsistsofdemandsmadeuponaneconomicsystemforthatperiodoflowenergy(winterseason).

Inaproductionindustryittakesseveralforms,oneofwhichisknownasproductionstockorinventory.Inelectronicsymbologythisspecificindustrydemand(apurecapitalindustry)isrepresentedbycapacitanceandthestockorresourceisrepresentedbyastoredcharge.Satisfactionofanindustrydemandsuffersalagbecauseoftheloadingeffectofinventorypriorities.

Presentflowideallyinvolvesnodelays.Itis,sotospeak,inputtodayforout

puttoday,a"handtomouth"flow.Inelectronicsymbology,thisspecificindustrydemand(apureusindustry)isrepresentedbyaconductancewhichisthenasimpleeconomicvalve(adissipativeelement).

Thesocialwelfareprogramisnothingmorethananopen-endedcreditbalancesystemwhichcreatesafalsecapitalindustrytogivenonproductivepeoplearoofo



vertheirheadsandfoodintheirstomachs.Thiscanbeuseful,however,becausetherecipientsbecomestatepropertyinreturnforthe"gift,"astandingarmyfortheelite.Forhewhopaysthepiperpicksthetune.

Thosewhogethookedontheeconomicdrug,mustgototheeliteforafix.Inthis,themethodofintroducinglargeamountsofstabilizingcapacitanceisbyborrowingonthefuture"credit"oftheworld.Thisisafourthlawofmotion-onset,andconsistsofperforminganactionandleavingthesystembeforethereflectedreactionreturnstothepointofaction-adelayedreaction.

Themeansofsurvivingthereactionisbychangingthesystembeforethereactioncanreturn.Bythismeans,politiciansbecomemorepopularintheirowntimeandthepublicpayslater.Infact,themeasureofsuchapoliticianisthedelaytime.

Thesamethingisachievedbyagovernmentbyprintingmoneybeyondthelimitofthegrossnationalproduct,andeconomicprocesscalledinflation.Thisputsalargequantityofmoneyintothehandsofthepublicandmaintainsabalanceagainsttheirgreed,createsafalseself-confidenceinthemand,forawhile,staysthewolffromthedoor.

Theymusteventuallyresorttowartobalancetheaccount,becausewarultimatelyismerelytheactofdestroyingthecreditor,andthepoliticiansarethepubliclyhiredhitmenthatjustifytheacttokeeptheresponsibilityandbloodoff

thepublicconscience.(Seesectiononconsentfactorsandsocial-economicstructuring.)

Ifthepeoplereallycaredabouttheirfellowman,theywouldcontroltheirappetites(greed,procreation,etc.)sothattheywouldnothavetooperateonacreditorwelfaresocialsystemwhichstealsfromtheworkertosatisfythebum.

Sincemostofthegeneralpublicwillnotexerciserestraint,thereareonlytwoalternativestoreducetheeconomicinductanceofthesystem.

(1)Letthepopulacebludgeoneachothertodeathinwar,whichwillonlyresultinatotaldestructionofthelivingearth.

(2)Takecontroloftheworldbytheuseofeconomic"silentweapons"inaformof"quietwarfare"andreducetheeconomicinductanceoftheworldtoasafelevelbyaprocessofbenevolentslaveryandgenocide.

Thelatteroptionhasbeentakenastheobviouslybetteroption.Atthispointitshouldbecrystalcleartothereaderwhyabsolutesecrecyaboutthesilentweaponsisnecessary.Thegeneralpublicrefusestoimproveitsownmentalityanditsfaithinitsfellowman.Ithasbecomeaherdofproliferatingbarbarians,and,sotospeak,ablightuponthefaceoftheearth.

Theydonotcareenoughabouteconomicsciencetolearnwhytheyhavenotbeenabletoavoidwardespitereligiousmorality,andtheirreligiousorself-gratifyingrefusaltodealwithearthlyproblemsrendersthesolutionoftheearthlypr

oblemunreachabletothem.

Itislefttothosefewwhoaretrulywillingtothinkandsurviveasthefittesttosurvive,tosolvetheproblemforthemselvesasthefewwhoreallycare.Otherwise,exposureofthesilentweaponwoulddestroyouronlyhopeofpreservingtheseedofthefuturetruehumanity...
