Adelaide Zoo provides a unique and exciting opportunity to students during Vacation Care. Today will be heading to the Adelaide Zoo to see our animal friends again. What's even more fun than building something out of LEGO®? Smashing it up after you're done! Funtime is proud to introduce this new event for future engineers and demolition specialists. St Joseph’s OSHC Hindmarsh Vacation Care April 12th- 23rd 2021

Welcome to St Joseph’s Oshc Vacation Care. Our programme offers a safe, supervised and fun experience where children are provided with a range of activities including excursions, excursions, crafts, sports, games, cooking, individual, and group activities. We value your ideas and feedback to help us to maintain a safe and stimulating program.

Cost (per child): $55.00 Incursion/In-house $60.00 Excursion

Child Care Subsidy (CCS) is available for vacation care: to access CCS you need to complete an online form through my gov or phone the Family Assistance office (FAO) on 13 61 50. BOOKING AND CANCELLATION: If your family is not currently enrolled in St Joseph’s OSHC an Enrolment Package must be completed. Families must fill in Vacation Care Booking Sheets and permission sheets with A DEPOSIT OF $20 FOR EACH CHILD PER DAY and return by Tuesday the 9th of April to confirm your bookings. Staffing and ratios are dependent on your confirmed bookings. Cancellations for Incursion and Excursion days must be made 2 days /48 hours prior to the day. Cancellations for in-house must be made 24 hours prior to the day or an absent fee will be charged. LUNCHES Please ensure students have packed morning snacks and lunch. Afternoon snack will be provided daily and lunch when indicated on the programme. We do advise children to bring Healthy Snacks and Lunches and a refillable drink bottle to Vacation Care. DO NOT send food to Vacation Care that contains nuts. EXCURSIONS Please ensure children arrive well before departure time for all excursions. All children must leave with us on the bus for all excursions. Children must not be dropped off or picked up at the excursion venue. Consent forms to be signed and spending money is not required unless specified on the programme. GENERAL INFORMATION All children must bring their hat each day, as per Sun Smart Policy hats are required if the UV levels are 3 or above. Staff will check UV ratings daily. Sunscreen is available at Vacation Care, During the summer months children must wear shirts or t-shirts. Tank tops, singlet tops and thongs are not appropriate clothing. Please make sure all hats and clothing have labels on them. Mobile phones are not needed by the children during the programme. If parents need to contact their child/ren please ring the OSHC mobile 0408 809 107. Toys from home including electronic devices/games/equipment are not to be brought and used in Vacation Care unless specified in the programme. MEDICATION/ILLNESS/ACCIDENTS All medication requirements must be notified to staff beforehand, and a medical form completed, and a copy of any Health Care Plans provided. Please keep your child home if they are unwell and contact OSHC. If your child has an accident or illness whilst at Vacation Care you will be contacted. Please ensure all of your emergency contacts are correct. PAYMENTS Please make payments in advance by Qkr, Credit Card or Cash at the front office or OSHC.

BOOKINGS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WHEN A DEPOSIT OF $20 PER DAY FOR EACH CHILD HAS BEEN PAID.
