SMARTFINGER EMBEDDED DEVELOPMENT & EVALUATION KITS
SMARTFINGER EMBEDDED DEVELOPMENT KITS IDEX SmartFinger Film Sensor supports many types of controllers and development kits. The IDEX development kits consist of an IDEX development board, the SmartFinger Film sensor plug-on module, a controller development board and an RS232 module. In addition IDEX delivers pre-compiled software libraries for any Cortex-M3 based microcontroller. The libraries are free of any I/O or OS related code in order to maximize their applicability and portability. The following controllers/kits are supported:

SMARTFINGER EVALUATION KIT
The SmartFinger Evaluation kit (Part# IX-EVAL-01) consists of a Demo Unit, a USB cable and PC Software (including drivers). The Demo Unit is connected to the PC using USB 2.0 High Speed.
Together with the PC Software this unit can demonstrate the capabilities of the IDEX SmartFinger Film Fingerprint Sensor and the Image Reconstruction (IR) and Enrolment & Matching (E&M) algorithms.
The Demo Unit is equipped with a SmartFinger Film Fingerprint sensor for capturing the fingerprint, and the Raw Image data is transferred to the PC via USB, where the IR and E&M algorithms are executed. The PC Software can run on Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 (32/64 bit).
