SMART HOME STATION GUIDE 4 HOW DOES THE HOME STATION WORKS: 5 NOTES 6 HOME STATION SPECIFICATIONS Send an SOS Press and hold the Home Station red button for one to five blinks in order to trigger the SOS procedure on the phone. Once the SOS procedure is triggered you shall see the green button lighted for a few seconds. This is redirecting the SOS directly to your phone. Cancel an SOS Press the green button to cancel the SOS from the Home Station before the phone starts to ring. Note: If you miss this step, you can still cancel the SOS while the phone is in SOS countdown by directly pressing the C key on the phone. You can have up to 3 RFID devices synchronized with the phone. The Home Station loses connection if it´s out of range or has no battery. If the battery is empty the lights on the device will not turn ON. To trigger the SOS procedure, always press the red SOS button until it blinks. You can control the Home Station volume on the back of the device, by pressing the key V+ to increase the volume and the key V- to decrease the volume. You can turn OFF the lights in the Home Station if they bother you by holding the red button during 9 blinks. It can take up to a minute in order to detect if the user is out of range. Power cut off In the event of a power cut off or if the user accidently turns off the Home Station power supply, you can configure alarms on the Web Self Care in order to warn you about these situations as well as the battery status on the Home Station. Smart voice calls and radio The Home Station automatically detects if the phone is docked or picked up. If the phone is docked in the Home Station the calls and multimedia will be placed through handsfree mode. If your phone is not docked in the Home Station the calls will be placed directly through the phone. Note: You can answer voice calls by pressing the SOS button on your True-Kare Watch, Keychain or Home Station. Detect user at home The Home Station automatically detects if the user is at home or outside. You can configure alerts and schedules for this behavior on the Web Self Care. Monitor room temperature The Home Station automatically detects the room temperature every 15 minutes. You can configure alarms for temperature thresholds in the Web Self Care.

On / Off Tool

Step 1:Mount the Home Station on a table or alternatively on a wall.

Step 2:Connect the Home Station to the power socket using the provided charger.

Step 3:Turn ON the Home Station by using the On / Off tool provided inside the package.

Remove the plastic pieces and insert them in the desired position.

OFF ON

Step 1:Turn ON the RFID on the phone.

Step 2:Press and hold the Home Station red button and wait until it blinks 7 times. After this procedure, the light will start to blink faster.

Step 3:In your True-Kare Phone RFID Settings, search and select the Smart Home Station in order to sync.

Once the syncing process is finished, you can start using the Home Station.
