Smart Sanitation andDisinfection Tunnel
for safer entrance topublic locations
The Disinfection and Sanitation Tunnel was designed to promote hygienization by disinfecting people and items via an integrated spray system that can spray a variety of cleaners and sanitizers to provide maximum protection against bacteria and viruses for all people who pass through the tunnel.
The tunnel will help communities fight against COVID-19 and other possible bacteria and viruses by vigorously cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces. The tunnel sterilizes the entire person - even aspects that are not directly exposed to the nozzles - thereby decreasing disease transmission.
The main purpose of this project is to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and promote general health and well-being.
The tunnel can use any approved solution for disinfecting, including one which consists of a combination of ammonium rivioni and water. The disinfectant must be non-volatile, as this is most effective in enabling prolonged bactericidal activity and heightened sanitization of all surfaces.

Where can it be used?
Our tunnel was designed for high traffic locations and provides safe protection for all individuals entering both public and private spaces. The tunnel can be easily installed at any location.
A water pump machine is placed on the side of each tunnel; the machine takes the sanitation solution and up to 1000 liters of water from the tank.
The machine is automatic and will sense when someone enters the tunnel. Once in the tunnel, the spray nozzles will automatically open for 15 seconds so that the user can pass through the tunnel. Time can be adjusted.
When no one is in the tunnel, the spraying process turns off to save water and electricity.
The Tunnel contains an atomism liquid spray that will saturate the environment; this allows it to sanitize every facet of those passing through, including areas not directly exposed to the Nozzle.

Basic Specifications
The Base is made from modular Aluminum profiles that are anodized and silver in color.
The walls and ceiling are made from transparent polycarbonate.
The floor is anti-slip and made from tinned tin.
Entrance and exit ramps are included for disability accommodations.
The tunnel has side and top Mist Nozzles, which lead to maximum cover and an incredibly
efficient sanitation process.
The Mist Nozzles are operated by compressed air and use an adjustable time sensor for tunnel operation.
The individual components are CE Certified.
