SMART SHOT WITH T-L ELECTRIC DRIVEN HYDRAULIC PUMP Used with T-L AB Panel wired for Water Pressure Start (CD51785)

Note: SMART SHOT NEEDS TO BE PROGRAMMED WITH PSR SCRIPT. Call for details. Operation: Hot Shot with Smart Shot is powered by 24vac hot when disconnect is on. Water Pump operation depends on position of the “WELL” Switch in the T-L AB Panel. Wet or Dry operation depends on position of the Wet/Dry switch in the T-L AB Panel. Wet Operation:

• T-L AB Panel Well Switch is up and Wet/Dry Switch is up.

• Remote/Local Switch in Smart Shot is in Remote position.

• Relay #2 of Smart Shot is Well Control at start-up. Closes for 10 min. upon Start cmd to start pump and then opens up. Gets the well started before the pivot starts to pressurize the system. Opens if the Stop cmd is issued before the 10 min timer is finished.

• Relay #3 of Smart Shot is Start/Stop pivot control. Relay is maintained (latched). Closes upon Start cmd, Open upon Stop cmd. Provides power to Term #11 of AB Panel, waiting for water pressure to start the pivot.

• Pivot pressurizes, the WPS closes and connects 11 to 12 in the AB Panel and pivot starts.

• Term #1 of the AB Panel is powered which powers the 24vac Relay in the Smart Shot panel. Sensor Input #1 of the Smart Shot is now closed and shows the pivot is running. 24vac hot is closed to the Well Control circuit, redundant with the Smart Shot Relay #2.

• After 10 min. Smart Shot Relay #2 opens and the well stays running.

• T-L AB Panel Well switch is down and Wet/Dry switch is down.

• Remote/Local switch in Smart Shot is in Remote position.

• Relay #2 of Smart Shot will close for 10 minutes, but well will not run.

• Relay #3 of Smart Shot will start and stop the pivot.

• Sensor Input #1 of Smart Shot will close indicating the pivot is running. Local Operation:

• Remote/Local switch in Smart Shot is in Local position

• The AB Panel Wet/Dry switch determines if the pivot will start.

• With the pivoted started, Term #1 in the AB Panel will be powered, energizing the Smart Shot 24vac relay allowing the well operation per the Well Switch in the AB Panel.
