The Food Processing Suppliers Association is the trade association for suppliers to the food processing and packaging industry. It’s also the host of the largest and most affordable food processing and packaging trade show in the Americas, PROCESS EXPO.

FIT CERTIFICATION The Food Industry Technician (FIT) program is a partnership between FPSA, leading food companies, and an academic program provider. Through this program, students receive the training and certification they need to become qualified technicians for the food and beverage manufacturing, processing, and packaging industries. FPSA members have exclusive access to a complete list of FIT-certified technicians.

SUPPLIER MEMBERSHIPSupplier Members are providers of ingredients, equipment, and/or supplies for manufacturers and processors of food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and related products.

PROCESS EXPO Owned and organized by FPSA, PROCESS EXPO, THE global food and beverage processing and packaging show, brings together the world’s most successful food and beverage processors and packagers, equipment manufacturers, and academic leaders. As an FPSA member, you receive priority exposure and other exclusive perks at the show.

FPSA GIVES BACKFPSA and its members routinely participate in and contribute to many charitable activities in the community. Through DEFEAT HUNGER, a collaborative food drive, FPSA and the Greater Chicago Food Depository (GCFD) have provided more than half a million meals to those in need.

FPSA SCHOLARSHIPSIn addition, through the Foundation of the Food Processing Suppliers Association’s (FFPSA) Career Development Scholarship program, employees of FPSA member companies and their families are eligible for up to $75,000 in scholarships annually. The Meat Industry Suppliers Alliance (MISA) also awards a total of $70,000 in scholarships each year to students pursuing careers within the meat industry or engineering fields.
