What is SmartWire-DT?
• SmartWire-DT is a control wiring
replacement system.
• It uses an eight conductor flat
cable to connect common
control components together
instead of using traditional point-
to-point wiring connections.
• Includes 24Vdc control voltage

• Productivity Increase SmartWire-DT reduces the amount of point-to-point control wiring and the labor required to install and test this wiring
• SmartWire-DT cabling and connectors enable the technique of “wire harnessing” even for low volumes – something that is not feasible with traditional custom control panels

• Increased Reliability• Less wires translates into less wiring errors, less potential faults, faster
testing, faster commissioning, and easier checking or troubleshooting

System Overview (Contactor Modules)
• Fits on standard XT contactors (B & C frames)
• Direct connection for 25HP @ 600V motors
• Can be used with XTRE control relays as interposing relays for larger motor loads – up to 1300 hp at 600V
