Owned by H&R Block, Inc. Sand Canyon is a wind-down operation for this subprime mortgage banker. Provided high-level administrative support to the President, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer.

Performed a variety of key legal functions requiring extensive research for assisting with fraud and internal investigations, and re-purchase demands. This also includes legal discovery on complex litigation cases as well. Worked with state regulators on Licensing and Annual Reports. Scheduled various types of meetings in Microsoft Outlook on behalf of each executive. Proficient in preparing spreadsheets, presentations, letters, organizational charts, travel and expense reports. All purchasing, accounts payable vouchers, travel expense, human resources related tasks are completed on-line.
