1. PENDAHULUAN

1.1 Latar Belakang Standar pengoperasian dan maintenance pada perangkat multiplexer spectralwave C-Node dimaksudkan agar NE dalam kondisi baik dan menjaga kelangsungan kerja perangkat sehingga dapat beroperasi dalam waktu yang lama. 1.2 Maksud dan Tujuan Kegiatan pemeliharaan mancakupi seluruh aspek , mulai dari menjaga stabilitas, penangulanngan gangguan dan perbaikan/ penggantian. Pemeliharaan mencakupi pemantauan dan rutinitas sehari-hari atau periodik dalam menjaga perangakat dapat beroperasi secara sempurna. II. Topologi Jaringan Trafik dalam suatu jaringan C-Node dibangun berdasarkan registrasi line facility, spesifikasi proteksi linear, proteksi ring, dan/atau proteksi path. Berikut topologi yang mungkin dibangun dalam jarinagn C-Node. 2.1 Topologi Point to Point

III. Deskripsi C-Node

3.1 Deskripsi Fungsi

C Node terdiri atas 2 sub board, yaitu maincard dan sub board. Dengan funsi dari maincard adalah untuk melakukan fungsi management equipment, merupakan interface aggregate trafik, fungsi management system, local akses pada terminal dan NMS, serta collect dari alarm NE. koneksi antara CID dengan C-Node. Koneksi Port F ke CID (CID1 dalam gambar) dapat beroperasi pada C-Node untuk NE1, NE 2, NE 3, NE 4 dengan mengetahui informasi IP Port F pada masing-masing NE. Koneksi port f ke CID(CID2 dalam gambar) hanya dapat beroperasi CNode NE3 (lokal NE).

4.1.1.2 Komunikasi PC ke C-Node via kabel cross ( F port ). Hubungkan salah satu sisi RJ-45 kabel ke port F pada C-Node. Hubungkan sisi lain dari RJ-45 kabel ke port Ethernet pada PC.

4.1.2 Start CID C-Node. Langkah-langkah untuk memulai CID :

1. Konfirmasikan bahwa koneksi fisik antara port CID dan port pada C-NODE sudah benar.

2. Double-klik the startup ikon untuk memulai operasi CID.

4. Pilih bahasa yang akan ditampilkan di CID dengan mengklik tombol untuk

bahasa Inggris atau bahasa lain.

5. Klik box Online untuk memulai login ke C-Node.

6. Selanjutnya terdapat pilihan 2 akses untuk masuk ke C-Node yaitu:

Pilih COM : 1 untuk melakukan akses ke C-Node via kabel serial.

Pilih IP Address, jika melakukan akses ke C-Node via kabel cross dengan mengetahui IP C-Node yang dituju.

4.1.3 Pengaturan Komunikasi Port Informasi yang dimasukkan oleh prosedur ini disimpan ke registry, dan tidak perlu dimasukkan lagi kecuali perubahan perlu dibuat.

4.2 Petunjuk Login/Logut/Exit pada CID Lokal NE dan Remote NE Ketika komunikasi perangkat dengan CID melalui koneksi langsung, maka perangkat dapat dinyatakan sebagai lokal NE. Saat perangkat terhubung dengan CID via transmisi optic, maka perangkat tersebut dinyatakan sebgai remote NE. Saat melakukan remote NE, fungsi loopback dilarang untuk level SDH, tetapi dijinkan untuk level PDH. Note : Port f pada MCP hanya digunakan untuk local login, Por t F dapat digunakan untuk akses lokal login ataupun remote login. Tetapi dibutuhkan setting IP port F dan IP DCC pada masing-masing C-Node.

Petunjuk Login/logout dan Exit pada CID Prosedur :

- Pastikan bahwa koneksi antara CID dan NE sudah terbangun dengan baik. - Lakukan prosedur start CID. - Pada NE Login box, masukkan user dan password.

- Setelah klik OK, maka akan muncul dialog box loading proses. 4.2.1 Petunjuk Login ke Remote NE Login remote NE hanya dapat dilakukan via port F dan menggunakan kabel cross untuk koneksi antara port F dengan PC. 5.2 Pengaturan NE/NE Management Box CID mengambil data informasi konfigurasi pada C-Node selama log in. Mengelola atau memodifikasi NE, klik dua kali NE dalam "Network Tree" atau klik Ne01 di "Network Topology" di Main Window CID. User dapat mengetahui informasi tentang NE seperti : tipe interface, mode operasinya dan kondisi alarm, selanjutnya user dapat melakukan pengaturan pada NE melalui window dibawah ini :

VI. Registrasi Konfigurasi NE

6.1 Setting Konfigurasi Port Berikut prosedur pengaturan konfigurasi port :

- Klik target NE pada Network Topology . - Mulai dari Main Menu pilih/klik Configuration Port Configuration, selanjutnya akan

tampil window seperti dibawah ini:

- Pilih interface/modul pada window sebelah kiri. Selanjutnya pada window sebelah kanan menginformasikan Installed Port Type dan Excepted Port Type .

- Klik Autoset untuk konfirmasi/pencocokan port antara yang tepasang (Installed Port Type) dengan yang diharapkan (Expected Port Type).

- Jika ditemukan mismatch, maka dibutuhkan perubahan pada Expected Port Type untuk disesuaikan dengan Installed Port Type.

- Klik Close untuk mengakhiri.

- Pilih interface/modul pada window sebelah kiri. Selanjutnya pada window sebelah kanan akan menginformasikan Activation Setting yaitu Active atau Inactivate .

- Jika ingin mengubah activation state berjalan, selanjutnya dapat memilih mengaktifkan / menonaktifkan (Activate / Inactivate) dari daftar drop-down pada kolom Activation State.

7.3 Prosedur Pembuatan Crossconnect SNCP

- Berikut langkah-langkah membangun crossconnect :

- Klik Configuration Cross Connect Configuration

- Pilih port list, selanjutnya klik In, Out, Left, Right untuk menentukan posisi port.

- Pilih Build untuk membangun crossconnect dan single TS untuk membangun crossconnect satu per satu ( disarankan menggunakan Singel TS agar mengurangi kekeliruan saat membangun crossconnect ).

- Pilih 1+1 Primary untuk membangun time slot yang menjadi crossconnect prioritas.

Selanjutnya secara otomatis memilih 1+1 Backup untuk membangun Crossconnect secondary. Kemudian membangun crossconnect Broadrcast dari ke time slot dengan dua arah yaitu time slot primary selanjutnya time slot secondary.

- Klik SET .

8.2 Setting Atribut Timing. Berikut prosedur setting Atribut timing :

- Klik Configuration Timing Source Attribute. - Tampil window Timing Configuration sebagai berikut :

- Pilih System Timing Source pada System/Bypass Box, - Pada switching criterion dapat dipilih SSM atau Priority, SSM adalah porses

pemilihan line source clock dengan membandingkan kualitas source clock dan Priority adalah pemilihan line source clock dengan status prirotis.

10.2 Jenis-Jenis Alarm. 10.2.1 Alarm Saat ini/ Current Alarm. Pada Current Alarm menampilkan alarm yang sedang terjadi pada C-Node. 10.2.2 History Alarm. Pada History Alarm manampilkan alarm yang pernah terjadi dan sudah terselesaikan. Klik Alarm History Alarm. 10.2.3 Actual Alarm Menampilkan keseluruhan alarm, baik itu item alarm yang tersetting masked yang dihidden atau tidak, dapat ditampilkan dalamTab Actual Alarm. XI. Performance Monitor. Performance Monitor (PM) digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengisolasi masalah jika terjadi posisi tertentu atau path. Hal ini juga diperlukan untuk memonitor kualitas line path. Performance Monitor terkumpul setiap menit dan akumulasi hingga 15 menit dan 24 jam (1 hari). 11.1 Current Performance Monitor. Berikut cara menampilkan PM status yang terakumulasi setiap 15 menit dan 24 Jam :
