Note: Support services are delivered remotely. Charges will apply for necessary consulting services such as business analysis/scoping, customization of reports, customization of application windows or functionality, building integrations, or other consulting services not specifically listed as a benefit. All travel time and expenses to be billed to client. All benefits expire at end of 12 month contract with the exception of prepaid hours. SLP (System List Price) is calculated based on the defined Microsoft System List Price and the cost of included third party/ISV products. All Managed Services contracts will specifically call out the covered third party/ISV products. All customers must be registered with Summit Group Software and be current with their annual enhancement plan for Microsoft Dynamics and covered ISV products for the length of the Managed Services contract.
