• ½ cup extra crunchy or crunchy peanut butter
• ⅓ cup natural honey
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

• 1 cup rolled old-fashioned oats
• ½ cup dark chocolate chips
• ½ cup ground organic flax seed

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Combine oats, dark chocolate chips, flax seed, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract in a larger bowl.
2. Shape the mixtureinto bite-sized balls using your hands.
3. Arrange performance Protein Bites on a baking sheet covered in aluminum foil and freeze until set, about 1 hour.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Once well mixed, add in agave and coconut oil. Mix well.
3. Lay out a cookie sheet and line with parchment paper. Bake mixture in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, stirring halfway, or bake longer until you reach a desired level of toasty.
4. Let cool, then add in dried fruit.
• 1 ½ teaspoons Cinnamon and nutmeg (or more, if desired)
