Sources of protein will come from lentils and brown rice which are hypoallergenic and easier to digest, along with a protein powder for smoothies. Half way through you are free to add fish and chicken. It is encouraged to eat lots of leafy greens and crunchy vegetables with a moderate amount of fruit. During the 21 days you are asked to take out dairy, gluten, nuts, alcohol, caeine or other stimulants as well as processed foods and refined sugar. I will recommend a protein powder and some supplements and herbs that help cleanse the body.
