SNOW WHITE

Megan was born nine years ago. She was the only child in the Jacobs family. Ariana, Megan’s

mother, was a careful and pretty woman. She liked helping other people and she was one

of the best queens in the world. Ariana died when Megan was two years old. At that time

Megan still could not understand it. Her father, King Arthur, was very sad and desperate

when his wife died. Megan was fed by a maid. As Megan grew older she was curious about

her real mother. When the King explained who she was and what had happened, Megan

locked herself in her room and did not go out for 3 days. The King realized that he couldn’t

raise Megan alone and he decided to marry.

Megan was a beautiful but different girl. She had hair as black as ebony, eyes as blue as

the most spacious ocean, skin as white as snow and lips as red as blood. The King loved her

a lot and she got everything she wished for. She was not greedy and she liked helping

people. Megan went in a normal school like other children. She had two best friends, Kate

and Mary. She loved dreaming about birthdays and excursions with her friends. She did not

differ by anything except she lived in a castle and had security guards.

Everyone liked her. Megan’s nickname was Snow White because of her fair skin.

King Arthur married again when Megan was thirteen. His new wife was Elizabeth. She was

good and sensible at the beginning. However, it did not last for long. Besides becoming

arrogant and rude, she was self-conscious and very vain. She had a special room for

makeup and clothes. In that room she had a lot of mirrors but one was a magic mirror.

Every day, at least once, she stepped to the mirror and said: “Mirror, mirror on the

wall, who is the fairest of them all?” Then the mirror answered: “In the whole world you

are the most beautiful one.” Megan was not allowed to enter the room because Elizabeth

forbade it. Elizabeth did not like Megan and she was cold towards her. She was often

rummaging through Megan’s things. She would sometimes make things up and then blame

it on Megan, who was then grounded.

Megan’s sixteenth birthday was approaching but the King urgently had to travel for two

weeks. He was sad as he could not be there for his daughter’s sweet sixteenth but he

promised that he would buy the best present ever when he returned. He asked Megan to

listen to Elizabeth while he was away. Although Megan promised to respect Elizabeth, he

knew that was impossible.

One day, when Megan arrived from school, she saw her stepmother throwing her mother's

pictures away. When Megan confronted Elizabeth, she locked herself in a room. Megan tried

calling her father but her telephone line had been cut. The next day, Megan went to school

on foot because her stepmother needed the car for shopping. Megan was late to school and

skipped three lessons. Because of that Megan was punished and not allowed to birthday

parties. Megan did not understand why Elizabeth hated her.

Still, the King relented and allowed Megan to celebrate her birthday. She was making the

decorations herself for three days. Finally, the day which she dreamed of for so long came.

Everything was ready. Guests were arriving and the fun began. Everyone was having fun

when Elizabeth stood in the middle of the hall and said: “Dear guests, my princess and I

travel early tomorrow morning and we need to relax. Well, the party is over so please leave

the castle. Thank you so much!” The hall erupted with thunderous laughter but then the

guests started leaving. Megan was ashamed. She went to Elizabeth’s room and started

shouting at her. In a fit of rage Megan had pushed Elizabeth. Elizabeth slapped her and

kicked her out of the castle saying: “Do not come back here ever again. You are a disgrace

to your father and me.”

Megan was wandering along the roads near the woods. She was cold and hungry. Eventually,

she passed out due to fatigue. The guys who were returning from the city found her. They

took her to a tiny cottage in the woods where they had fun on weekends. There wrapped

her in a blanket and made her some tea but she did not wake up. They stayed up all night

beside her. She woke up in the morning, feeling confused. She watched the seven boys who

gathered around her. One boy asked her who she was. She said: “I’m Megan but people call

me Snow White. Who are you?” The guys were laughing and one said: “In that case, we

are your seven dwarfs. Ok, we are kidding. I’m Steven. This is Peter, Mark, David, Michael,

Patrick and Teddy. But we must go to school now. You can stay there and relax. We will

come back in the afternoon. Bye.” and they went out. When they left, they remembered

that they had forgotten to ask about her parents. In the afternoon they returned to the

cottage, just as they had promised her. They brought her a lot of chocolate and cookies.

And then they began talking about what had happened to her and why they had found her

on the road. She started crying and saying that she should go but they stopped her. They

told her that she could stay in the cottage for as long as she wanted. They asked her if

she needed anything else and she asked them to get her books so she could finish school and

get away from there.

The guys liked Megan from the start and they decided to help her. For the next month

Megan lived in the cottage. The guys brought her food and drove her to school because they

went in the same school. At weekends they had fun in the cottage and she prepared the

food and decorations. She was happy to have such good friends. With them by her side, she

was never lonely.

It was nearly the end of the school year and Megan decided to go with Steven to a party.

She did not have the money to buy a dress so she had to sew. Every afternoon she was

sewing her dress by the window. Once she picked her finger on a needle. Megan was afraid

of blood so she fainted. Soon Steven found her and wiped the drop of blood from her

finger. Steven asked her to wear the dress. She looked amazing and when he saw her in the

dress, she took his breath away, but Steven was not only the one who saw her.

The past few months at the castle were tense. Since the King returned he kept arguing

with the queen and wondered whether to seek Megan. The queen told him a lot of lies

about his daughter and assured him that she brought him nothing but shame. Unfortunately,

he believed her and gave up the search. All would be good if one day the mirror did not

tell the queen that Snow White was fairer than she was. Elizabeth was very upset and

jealous of Snow White and decided to get rid of her, once and for all.

The Queen hatched a plan to poison Megan. She knew that Megan had a good heart and

she liked helping elders. The Queen disguised herself as an old woman and wended her way

to the woods.

Megan stayed in front of the mirror and looked at herself. She put on her dress for the

dance. She was waiting for Steven when her mobile phone rang. She ran to the phone and

quickly picked it up. It was Steven. He told her that the snow was too heavy and he could

not get to the cottage to pick her up so Megan had to walk to get to the road in heavy

snow. Steven was waiting for her there. She came out of the cottage and began running

but she got tired quickly. When she came halfway, she felt peckish. At that moment an

old woman appeared in front of her. The old woman asked for money. Megan took pity on

her and gave the old woman some money. The old woman gave her a poisoned apple in

return. Megan was hungry and quickly bit an apple. After a few minutes she fell unconscious

near the road.

A hunter found her when he walked through the woods and took her to the road to look

for help. Steve saw the hunter and immediately stopped to help. When he saw how beautiful

she was, he decided to take care of her and transport her to the hospital. However, the

doctors declared her dead when they reached the hospital. Steven went to school to inform

their friends that Megan died. He came to the school just as they elected him as the prince

of the dance. He became the Prince of the dance by chance. When he stepped on the stage

he said sadly: “I did not want to win, I did not even participate in the dance. I came here

to tell you that my dance partner died. Megan, our Snow White died. The whole school

stood still.

After two days there was a funeral. The King was desperate but the queen was happy

because she was the fairest in the whole world. At the funeral, the seven guys asked to

carry a glass coffin because they allied with Snow White. When they were carrying the

coffin,

Mark stumbled and the coffin fell to the ground. A piece of the poisoned apple came out

and Megan began to move. People could not believe that she was alive. In the background

they heard the angry shriek by the evil stepmother. Steven jumped and rapturously kissed

Megan in front of everyone.

The whole kingdom celebrated the return of the king's daughter.

Steven told Megan that he had become the prince of the school dance and asked her:

“Megan, will you marry me?” and she said: “Yes, but first we have to finish school.”
