Important: If your unit name is not on the actual centerpiece, please make sure that it is apparent somewhere. Last year we had a little trouble identifying to which unit some of the displays belonged. (For instance, we have multiple units that begin with M, with S, etc.) Please use your full county name and then abbreviate REA.

On Thursday afternoon, as we said above, we will be moving the centerpieces to the Banquet Room. We will be as carful as possible, but please make sure that your piece can travel the distance without falling apart. If you have a complicated piece, buy a heavy cardboard round or

rectangle of 18” at Michaels or Joann’s or even GFS, and use that as your base support. The location of the centerpieces for the banquet will be random. The judging will happen after the move and before the banquet.
