Group goals are ideals –they are the ends (theaims or the out comes) sought by the groupand its members

Without some commitments to the pursuitof common goals the group will not surviveor be effective

Hidden agendas can be very destructive and

leads to conflict in a group…

In some groups the power of groups ,thefeelings that group members have for eachother and extent to which they are preparedto cooperate to achieve their goals will beslight but in others these may be seen asstrong….
