Link between the outcomes

If successful policy measures can be identified which facilitate inclusion / prevent exclusion of some societal groups, it is likely that – if these policy measures are modified towards the use of universally accessible IST-based technologies – they would unfold an even more powerful inclusion potential towards all citizens.
