Mike Ames will then look at ways to harness some of the most common social media channels to attract online attention and generate new business in a very pragmatic and practical way. Break: 9.00am - 9.15am Session 2: 9.15am - 10.15am A short practical exercise to demonstrate how you can enter this fascinating new world. We will explore an easy to follow twitter strategy, an effective way to use LinkedIn and also how to set up and use a simple blog. There will be no buzzwords or IT jargon, just easy to follow instructions which you will be able to replicate when you get back to the office.
