Call flow of “Friends Chat” on Airtel

• User dials 543216 –Airtel Friends Chat IVR and registers to the service and is provided with a unique Chat ID which is sent as an SMS.

• Creates his profile by answering questions on gender & age & other questions..

• User then records a short prompt on himself/ herself for others to hear and chose from.

• User is directed to Chat room where he chooses a profile from a profile pool.

• User chats with the desired profile. Once call ends, both the users are sent an SMS.
