SOCIAL NETWORKING, WEBSITE, MOBILE PHONE AND EMAIL

COMMUNICATIONS POLICY

Leighton United aims to implement the Football Association Respect guidance on the use

of social networking, mobile phone and email communications regarding club matters and

management of the club’s website as far as reasonably possible.

While the club can encourage officials, players and supporters to act responsibly it cannot

control private use of electronic communication and social networking systems.

Nevertheless, Team Managers and coaches have been requested to ask players not to get

involved in what might be acrimonious exchanges with members of opposing teams.

A webmaster has been appointed to manage the club’s website.
