programmes offer students and employees the chance to kick-start their career with the most innovative video and internet company on the continent.
I joined the graduate programme in January 2014. After being upskilled, I was then given more responsibility and started to contribute towards the team on
crucial business questions and challenges. The highlights have been the recognition I’ve received for my work, and the exposure to top level employees. Being chosen as Grad of
the Year was both humbling and immensely satisfying.Tshegofatso Khumbane – Data Analyst, Marketing and Sales

I’ve loved football from my primary school days; from very young. I used to play in tournaments and became motivated to play
for big teams. Then I started to go to trials. In 2011, while I was at the Academy, I went to trials for SuperSport United team at TUT – and was selected.
I want to play overseas someday. Nelson Maluleka – U17 SuperSport and national team captain
