OF PUBLIC AUCTION FOR SALE OF IMMOVEABLE THINGS IN PROPERTY
OF REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA WHICH ARE SITUATED IN TIVAT,
MONTENEGRO, CHILDISH RESORT “MACEDONIA “
The subject of the public auction:
The subject of the public auction is the sale of the childish resort “Macedonia“which is situated in Tivat, Montenegro, on KP number: 553 Plan-sketch 8 st: “Dolno
Selanovo “without number. Decision of property to Republic of Macedonia – Ministry of
Labour and Social Policy n.953-121 I – 203 from 12.10.2006 and a propertied paper
n.121-956-2-597/2006 from 13.12.2006.
The initial price of sale is 2.394.238, 00 euros or 147.245.637, 00 denars.
Right of participation:
Right of participation in the public auction have all interested home and foreign,
legal and physical persons.
Information about the Childish resort:
C.R. “Macedonia “- Tivat in the Republic of Montenegro, according to the
information from the existing project, documentation and the propertied paper has asurface of location of 937 m², and the building has a ground floor plus an other floor and
a roof with a surface of 1.268m² from which 476m² is a land under building Childish
resort which is 30 meters away from the shore of the Adriatic sea and 180 meters away
from the arterial road. The building was built in 1979.REMARK: The Childish resort is occupied by illegal refugees from the region.
Deposit:
The deposit for the participation in the public auction is 20% from the initial price of the public auction for the fortified surface of the building and the land, or 2 944 913 ,оо
denars. The deposit should be paid in denars.
The home, legal and physical persons pay the deposit in transfer order by post to the budget of the Republic of Macedonia. National bank of the Republic of Macedonia.

The deposit of foreign legal and physical persons is paid in euros in relation withthe amount set in Macedonian denars in the text of the announcement according to the
next rate of the National bank of Macedonia on the day of the payment at

For the most advantageous offer, the paid deposit charges to the account of theachieved price reduced for the expenditure of the procedure.
For the rest of the participants the deposit returns reduced for the expenditure of
the procedure.
Conditions for participation in the public auction:
The concerned legal and physical persons should applicate for participation in the
public auction, according to the conditions of the announcement, in a closed envelope
with a remittance on the envelope: “for public auction “completed with followingevidences:
Statement from the participant of the public auction, validated at a notary, that if his offer will be select for the most advantageous he will accept the sale contract of the
Childish resort, which contract is a integral part of the announcement and the same is
announced in the web page of the Ministry www.mtsp.gov.mk .
For home physical persons:
- An evidence for paid deposit
- A testimonial of citizenship( original or validated copy)
- Validated copy of personal identification- Validated warranty for representing in case of participation by proxy.
For home legal persons:
- An evidence of registration of the legal person from an adequate registry and
a bonity of the legal person from an adequate registry
- An evidence for paid deposit- Warranty for the proxy who represent the legal person, or an evidence in the
function of authorized responsible person of the legal person.
Foreign physical person
Evidence of registration and creditworthiness to the juridical person together with
validation by a competent authority of the country where the juridical person has been
registrated.
Evidence of a deposit payment, validated authorization to representation in accord
with the Attorney law international standards of the Republic of Macedonia.

Evidence of registration and creditworthiness to the juridical person together withvalidation by a competent authority of the country where the juridical person has been
registrated.

Deadline
The applications of participation to the public offering must be delivered until25.01.2008 , in 15:00 p.m. to the residence of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy,
street “ Dame Gruev ” 14, 1000 Skopje, Republic of Macedonia.The public offering will take place in 31.01.2008 at 11:00 a.m. in the premises of
the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy.
Procedure
1. The day of public offering participants are legitimated by personal identification
and authorization to legal representatives.
2. At lest two representatives can start public offering.
3. The Commission formed by the Minister of Labour and Social Policy effectuates
public offering.
4. Public offering starts with announcing initial price fixed in the adjudication by the
Commission.
5. Public offering should be made with step by step increasing of the value that shallnot be less then 6 000 denars.
6. The participant who has offered the biggest price up to three times announced
without being increased, is becoming the one who is the most favorable.
7. The most favorable participant, after he receives the written informing on aminute book prepared by the Commission when public offering is finished, has to
make the payment of the price accepted by public offering in order to buy the
Youth hostel.8. The price covers the deposit reduced to 5% of the deposited means.
9. If foreign physical or juridical person is the most favorable participant, it should be given an approval to reciprocity by the Ministry of Law, before it enters into
contract.
10. If the most favorable participant disrespect the deadline of making the payment,
Youth hostel will remain unsold, not any contract of buying the Youth hostel will
be entered into and the deposited means of the participant will not be taken back.
11. After the payment is made on time, the Minister of Labour and Social Policy
enters into a contract with the most favorable participant to buy the Youth Hostel-
building with property. The buyer is responsible for all buying and sellingexpenses, notarial procedure expenses and evidence of real estate.
12. Dissatisfied participants of the public offering can take an objection to theMinister of Labour and Social Policy.
This adjudication will be announced in Financial Times and the web site of the
Ministry of Labour and Social Policy.
