Le imprese partecipanti, forti della consolidata esperienza nel mercato elettrico italiano attraverso la realizzazione di progetti chiavi in mano per importanti enti pubblici e privati, creano, sulla base di un impegno solidale, un consorzio in grado di soddisfare le diverse esigenze dei clienti con un approccio flessibile, efficiente e professionale dal settore dei lavori di costruzione di linee elettriche, dei lavori di costruzione di reti di distribuzione gas al settore dei lavori pubblici in genere.

The partners, each one with a consolidated experience in the national electricity market across the realization of turnkey projects for public and private utilities, decided to form a consortium, binding jointly and severally all of them, with the purpose to grow and serve clients’ needs with a flexible, efficient and professional workforce in the main field of the transmission line projects, pipeline projects and public works in general.

Die beteiligten Unternehmen, die viel Erfahrung auf dem italienischen Elektronikmarkt sammeln konnten, indem sie schlüsselfertige Projekte für wichtige öffentliche und private Unternehmen durchführten, gründeten auf Grundlage von solidarischen Anstrengungen ein Konsortium zur Erfüllung der unterschiedlichen Anforderungen mit einer flexiblen, effizienten und professionellen Herangehensweise im Bereich des Baus von elektrischen Leitungen, Bauarbeiten von Gasleitungen im öffentlichen Sektor.

Il CONSORZIO ITALIA 2000 è costituito nel 1994 da tre imprese italiane, tra cui la RODA SPA come capofila, accumunate dalla volontà di creare un consorzio di natura permanente per promuovere e consolidare la propria attività sul mercato internazionale.

CONSORZIO ITALIA 2000 was established in 1994 by three italian companies, RODA SPA as leader, sharing the aim to create a permanent Joint Venture to promote and consolidate their own business activities in the international market.

Once contract-awarded, CONSORZIO ITALIA 2000 usually proceeds to establish an own local country-branch. The project management on site is performed by our personnel while the necessary labour force is supplied directly by the consortium or locally recruited according to contract obligations.

Projekt zur Rekonstruktion und Rehabilitation von zwei parallelen Freileitungen ± 533 kV HVDC im Bereich “Songo-Apollo” mit einer Gesamtlänge von 1.800 km. Dieses Projekt, das international als eines der wichtigsten gilt, beinhaltete außer den üblichen Bauarbeiten auch Entwaldungsarbeiten und Entminungen der betroffenen limotrophen Gebiete. Die Arbeitsübersicht oblag Trans-Africa Projects (Pty) Ltc, Südafrika.

Project for the construction, reconstruction and rehabilitation of two parallel ± 533 kV HVDC transmission lines named “Songo-Apollo” for a total length of 1800 Km. This Contract, considered one of the biggest projects in the world, besides the usual construction activities, included also those of deforestation and de-mining of the land for a good part of the lines.All activities have been supervised by Trans-Africa Projects (Pty) Ltd, South Africa.

Schlüsselfertiges Projekt für den Bau einer Freileitung 132 kV im Bereich “Hirgigo-Asmara” mit einer Gesamtlänge von 71 km und drei Freileitungen 66 kV im Bereich “Asmara-Dekemhare / Asmara-Mendefera / Belesa-Keren”, mit einer Gesamtlänge von 153 km. Das gesamte Projekt wurde in einem vorwiegend gebirgigem Gebiet durchgeführt, das sich auf Höhen zwischen 1400 m und 2500 m befindet und mit der Hauptleitung innerhalb von wenigen Kilometern einen Höhenunterschied zwischen 0 und 2400 m erreichen kann. Die größte Schwierigkeit war, dass die Arbeiten in einem Land durchgeführt wurde, das sich im Kriegszustand befindet, wodurch sofortige Evakuationen des gesamten ausländischen Personals aufgrund von Bombardierungen notwendig waren. Die Überwachung der Arbeiten wurde von Lahmeyer International GmbH, Deutschland, durchgeführt.

Schlüsselfertiges Projekt für den Bau und die Rehabilitierung von zehn Freileitungen mit 115 kV in der zentralen Zone für eine Länge von 112 km. Die Ingenieurstätigkeiten wurden durch italienische Techniker durchgeführt und die Eisengerüste, die in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Unternehmen Consorzio Europa 2000 errichtet wurden, wurden in unserer Prüfungshalle in Livorno überprüft. Im Januar und Februar 2001 kam es im Gebiet zu zwei starken Erdbeben, die die Fundamente einiger Linien beschädigten, doch konnte das Projekt gemäß dem Vertrag und zur Zufriedenheit des Kunden vollendet werden. Die Überwachung der Arbeitsvorgänge oblag HARZA Engineering Company, U.S.A.

Projekt für den Bau einer Stromleitung mit 380 kV - doppelte Dreierleitung – im Bereich “Südburgenland - Wien Südost” mit einer Gesamtlänge von 37 km. Das Projekt sah zusätzlich die Demontage der vorhandenen Stromleitung 220 kV vor. Die vertraglichen Aktivitäten wurden gemäß den geltenden Regelungen in den technischen Anforderungen und gemäß den komplexen Umwelterhaltungsnormen, die derzeit in Österreich gültig sind, durchgeführt.

Project for the construction of the 380 kV - double circuit twin conductor - overhead transmission line, named “Sudburgenland – Wien Sudost” for a total length of 37 Km. The project included also the dismantling of the existing 220 kV overhead transmission line.Works have been executed properly by complying with the complex technical and environmental standards in force in Austria.

In seguito alle tempeste che hanno colpito la Francia nel Dicembre 1999, il CONSORZIO ITALIA 2000 interviene sul territorio francese per lavori di messa in sicurezza e consolidamento delle linee elettriche media e bassa tensione danneggiate. Pronunciata la qualifica di EDF GDF SERVICES – PFA di Nantes, il 14 Aprile del 2000, il CONSORZIO ITALIA 2000 ottiene l’attribuzione di numerosi appalti per lavori di riabilitazione e ricostruzione della rete elettrica nazionale.Il CONSORZIO ITALIA 2000 si stabilisce definitivamente in Francia attraverso l’apertura di una succursale attualmente situata a Mions (Lione).

A fianco dell’attività elettrica, il CONSORZIO ITALIA 2000 promuove la propria attività nel settore del gas e con l’ottenimento di idonea qualifica, pronunciata da EDF GDF SERVICES – PFA de NANTERRE il 16 Marzo 2001, il CONSORZIO ITALIA 2000 si aggiudica i contratti di rinnovo delle reti gas nazionali denominate “fontes sensibles” Nel Luglio 2005, a seguito di idoneo processo di prequalifica, la RTE dichiara il CONSORZIO ITALIA 2000 come fornitore qualificato per le linee elettriche alta-altissima tensione.

As a consequence of the storms in France at the end of December 1999, CONSORZIO ITALIA 2000 intervenes on the French territory to realize security and consolidation works on the damaged transmission lines. Once obtained the qualification by EDF GDF SERVICES – PFA di Nantes, on 14 April 2000, CONSORZIO ITALIA 2000 consolidates its settlement in France throughout the awarding of many rehabilitation and reconstruction contracts. From that moment, CONSORZIO ITALIA 2000 is represented by an own local branch actually situated in Mions (Lyon).

Besides the activity on the electric sector, CONSORZIO ITALIA 2000 launches itself in the realization of gas projects obtaining the qualification by EDF GDF SERVICES – PFA de NANTERRE, on 16 March 2001, leading to the performance of huge gas projects so called “fontes sensibles”. On July 2005, after a qualification process, RTE granted CONSORZIO ITALIA 2000 as APPROVED SUPPLIER of its platforms for high and very high voltage transmission line projects.

Nach den Unwettern, die Frankreich im Dezember 1999 trafen, intervenierte das CONSORZIO ITALIA 2000 in Frankreich für sicherheitstechnische und konsolidierende Arbeiten der beschädigten Stromleitungen mit niedriger und mittlerer Spannung. Nachdem die Qualifikation von EDF GDF SERVICES - PFA von Nantes am 14. April 2000 erhalten wurde, erhielt das CONSORZIO ITALIA 2000 zahlreiche Arbeitsaufträge für die Rehabilitation und Rekonstruktion des nationalen Stromnetzes. Das CONSORZIO ITALIA 2000 etabliert sich definitiv in Frankreich durch die Eröffnung einer Zweigstelle mit Sitz in Mions (Lion).

Im Zusatz zur Tätigkeit im Bereich Strom fördert CONSORZIO ITALIA 2000 seine Tätigkeit ebenfalls im Gassektor und durch den Erhalt der benötigten Qualifikation durch EDF GDF SERVICES - PFA von NANTERRE am 16. März 2001 kann CONSORZIO ITALIA 2000 ebenfalls Aufträge zur Erneuerung von nationalen Gasleitungen entgegennehmen, die als “sensibel” bezeichnet werden. Im Juli 2005 erklärte die RTE das CONSORZIO ITALIA 2000 nach dem hierfür benötigten Qualifikationsprozess geeignet als Bereitsteller von Stromleitungen mit sehr hoher Spannung.

Rosental pylons take inspiration from nature, particularly from the leaves of trees and are designed for areas of special environmental interest.

Progettazione esecutiva, opere civili e posa cavi per la realizzazione del tracciato sul territorio italiano della linea in cavo interrato 320 kV HVDC di interconnessione tra l’Italia (Piossasco – TO) e la Francia (Grand’lle – Savoia). La linea, completamente interrata è costituita da un doppio bipolo con lunghezza complessiva del tracciato italiano pari a 95 km. Il tracciato si sviluppa da Piossasco ad Avigliana su strade provinciali e comunali per poi entrare su sedime autostradale fino al tunnel del Frejus.Il tracciato è caratterizzato da diverse opere specialistiche per consentire la posa dei cavi in ambiti singolari: tra queste compaiono attraversamenti con tecniche Trenchless, attraversamenti in alveo fluviale con scavo a cielo aperto, installazione su viadotti autostradali (compreso sistemi di tutoraggio per la compensazione delle dilatazioni termiche degli impalcati).Lunghezza complessiva cavo AT: 380 km.

Detailed project, civil works and cable laying for realization on italian side of underground cable line 320 kV HVDC for the electrical interconnection between Italy (Piossasco – TO) and France (Grand’lle – Savoie).The completely underground line is composed by a double bi-pole with an overall track lenght of 95 km. The cable route develops from Piossasco to Avigliana on local roads and then entry on motorway up to the Frejus tunnel.The route is characterized by several specialized works to allow the cable laying in particular areas, suche as trenchless crossing, crossing by trenching on river bed, installation on motorway viaducts (including compensation systems of bridge thermal expansion).Total length of HVDC cable: 380 km.

Ausführungsplanung, Bauarbeiten und Verlegung von Kabeln für die Realisierung der Linie auf italienischem Staatsgebiet mit vergrabenen Kabeln 320 KV HVDC bei der Verbindung zwischen Italien (Piossasco - TO) und Frankreich (Grand’Ile - Savoia). Die komplett unterirdische Linie besteht aus einem doppelten Bipol mit einer Gesamtlänge der Strecke in Italien von 95 km.Die Stromleitung verläuft von Piossasco bis Avigliana entlang Provinzstraßen und Gemeindestraßen und anschließend entlang von Autobahnen bis zum Frejus-Tunnel. La linea è costituita da un doppio polo con lunghezza di circa 15 km in Italia e 6 km in Montenegro: su entrambi i fronti le linee collegano la zona di approdo dei cavi marini (giunti terra – mare) con la stazione di conversione.Sul territorio montenegrino sono state realizzate imponenti opere propedeutiche, quali piste di accesso all’approdo dei cavi marini e realizzazione ex novo di strade destinate ad ospitare il tracciato dei cavi A.T.Lunghezza complessiva cavo AT: 42 km.

Detailed project, civil works and cable laying for realization of land routes on italian side and montenegrin side of the 500 kV HVDC interconnection between Italy (Cepagatti – PE) and Montenegro (Kotor municipality).The line is composed by a double pole with a lenght of 15 km in Italy and 6 km in Montenegro: on both sides the line connects the landing area of the subsea cables to the converter station.On Montenegrin territory massive propedeutic works have been realized, such as new track to allow the landing square of subsea cable and new track for the cable route.Total length of HVDC cable: 42 km.

Auf beiden Seiten befindet sich eine Doppelleitung mit 380 kV, die die andere Zone mit einer Meeresverbindung verbindet (Verbindung Erde - Meer) mit einer elektrischen Station. Auf der italienischen Halbinsel verläuft die Kabellinie über 3 Kilometer innerhalb einer dafür ausgelegten Galerie, um anschließend über einen 300 m langen Hang zur Station zu verlaufen.Für die Installation wurden bestimmte Maschinen und Anwendungen geplant, getestet und aufgebaut (Winden, Trailer, Rollenbänder usw.)Gesamtlänge des Wechselstromkabels: 32,1 km.

Progettazione esecutiva, opere civili e posa cavi per la razionalizzazione della rete elettrica A.T. della città di Milano.I lavori sono stati svolti in ambito urbano, in aree densamente popolate, con un forte impegno logistico e di gestione dell’impatto sul traffico veicolare.La realizzazione delle opere civili è stata caratterizzata dalla presenza di una fitta rete di sottoservizi esistenti: tali interferenze sono state affrontate mediante una progettazione ad hoc su ogni punto singolare, tenendo presente anche le modalità operative, che dovevano risultare compatibili con l’ambito lavorativo.In alcuni casi sono state impiegate tecnologie trenchless per ridurre la minimo l’impatto dei cantieri sull’ambiente urbano.Lunghezza complessiva cavo AT: 81,3 km.

Detailed project, civil works and cable laying for razionalization of HV electrical net in city of Milan.The works have been performed in densely populated urban areas, with an intense logistical commitment and management of the impact on vehicular traffic.The realization of civil works has been characterized by the presence of a dense network of existing underground infrastructures: these interferences have been dealt through ad hoc design on each singular point, taking into account the operating modes that should be compatible with the working environment.In some cases trenchless technologies have been used to minimize the impact of construction sites on the urban environment.Total length of HV cable: 81,3 km.

Ausführungsplanung, Bauarbeiten und Installation der Kabel für den Bau des elektrischen Wechselstromnetzwerks in Mailand. Die Umsetzung der Bauarbeiten wurde mittels des vorhandenen Netzwerks durchgeführt: solche Störungen wurden mittels einer Ad-Hoc-Planung auf jedem einzelnen Punkt konfrontiert, wobei ebenfalls die bautechnischen Modalitäten berücksichtigt wurden, die mit dem Arbeitsumfeld übereinstimmen müssen. In einigen Fällen wurden Trenchless-Technologien genutzt, damit die Baustellen einen so klein wie möglichen Einfluss auf das Stadtumfeld haben.Gesamtlänge des Wechselstromkabels: 81,3 km.

Ausführungsplanung, Bauarbeiten und Installation der Kabel für die Eingrabung des elektrischen Wechselstromnetzwerks in Vallecamonica (BS) und Valtellina (SO). Die Arbeiten wurden entlang von Provinzstraßen durchgeführt, doch befindet sich ein relativ großer Teil der Strecke in gebirgigem Gelände, wobei hierfür spezielle, geeignete Ausrüstung und Technik genutzt wird. Insbesondere befindet sich ein Teil einer Verbindung im Tal Vallecamonica innerhalb einer Wassertransportlinie, die nicht mehr genutzt wird: durch den begrenzten Raum musste geeignete Ausstattung und spezialisiertes Personal genutzt werden, die für die Arbeit in engen Räumen ausgebildet wurden. Besonderes Augenmerk wurde auf die Sicherheit gelegt, mit der Nutzung von besonderem Prozessen und besonderer Ausstattung. Weitere Besonderheiten dieser Linien sind die Überquerung von Flussbetten und Übergänge mit Rohrvortrieb zur Überquerung von Eisenbahnlinien. Gesamtlänge des Wechselstromkabels: 114,9 km.

Detailed project, civil works and cable laying to landfill HV overhead lines in Vallecamonica (BS) and Valtellina (SO).The works have been performed on provincial roads but in large part also in mountain environmet by means of specific equipment and machinery.In particular, most of track of a line in Vallecamonica develops in a disused water transport tunnel: limited spaces have involved the need to use suitable means and specialized personnel with adequate training for work in confined spaces. Particular attention has been paid to safety, with the acquisition of procedures and specific equipment.Other particularities of these lines are the crossing of river by trenching on river bed and the jacking crossing to underpass the railways.Total length of HV cable: 114,9 km

Particolare attenzione è stata posta alla sicurezza, con acquisizione di procedure e dotazioni specifiche.Altre particolarità di queste linee sono rappresentate da attraversamenti in alveo fluviale e attraversamenti in spingitubo per il superamento di ferrovie.Lunghezza complessiva cavo AT: 114,9 km.

Ausführungsplanung, Bauarbeiten und Verlegung von Kabeln für die Neueinstellung des Wechselstromnetzwerks im Gebiet von Porto Marghera (VE).Es gab grundsätzlich zwei Arten von Arbeiten:• Teilweise Eingrabung der Luftlinien, mit relativen Kabelverlegungsarbeiten der Freilinie• Bau von neuen Kabellinien zum Anschluss von neuen industriellen AnlagenEine der installierten Stromleitungen und werden mittels einer horizontalen kontrollierten Bohrung durchgeführt, wodurch der industrielle südliche Kanal des Hafens durchquert wird. Die Länge der Durchquerungsleitung ist 430 m mit einer Tiefe von 20 m unter dem Kanalbett. Es wurden 8 PEAD-Rohre mit einem Durchmesser von 280 mm angelegt.Gesamtlänge des Wechselstromkabels: 12,6 km.

Detailed project, civil works and cable laying for the reorganization of HV net in the port of Marghera (VE).The works have been essentially of two types:• Partial replacement of existing overhead lines with underground cable lines, with relative works for transition between underground and overhead lines• Realization of new underground cable lines to connect new industrial users.One of the cable lines is characterized by a section realized by an Horizontal Directional drilling for crossing the south industrial channel of the port. The length of the crossing is 430 m with a depth of 20 m below the channel bed. 8 HDPE pipes were laid.Total lenght oh HV cable: 12,6 km

La lunghezza dell’attraversamento è di 430 m con una profondità di 20 m sotto il letto del canale. Sono state posate 8 tubazioni in PEAD da 280 mm di diametro.Lunghezza complessiva cavo AT: 12,6 km.

Ausführungsplanung, Bauarbeiten und Verlegung von Kabeln für die Erstellung eines Stromnetzes in Turin.Die Hauptziele der Arbeiten waren Folgende:• Austausch von alten Wechselstromleitungen mit Isolierung in flüssigem Öl mit Kabeln der neuen Generation mit XLPE-Isolierung• Teilweise Eingrabung von Freilinien, die sich in bewohnten Gebieten befindenDie Arbeiten wurden hauptsächlich in dicht bewohnten Gebieten durchgeführt, wodurch bestimmte Sicherheitsvorkehrungen für die Einwohner sowie der Einfluss durch den Verkehr beachtet werden mussten. Es wurden unterschiedliche Techniken genutzt, wie beispielsweise die grabenlose Verlegung durch Rohrvortrieb. Gesamtlänge des Wechselstromkabels: 93,2 km.

Detailed project, civil works and cable laying for razionalization of HV electrical net in city of Turin.The main goals of the works have been:• Replacement of old underground cables having fluid oil insulation with new generation cables having XLPE insulation• Partial landfill of existing overhead lines to solve interference with residential areasThe works have been performed mainly in densely populated areas taking particular precautions against the urban environment and the impact on traffic.Special activities include trenchless crossing throw jacking technologies.Total length of HV cable: 93,2 km

Die Arbeiten dienten der Stärkung des Übertragungsnetzes elektrischer Energie in der Provinz Neapel zur Stärkung der Transportkapazität und zur Verbesserung der Betriebssicherheit.Eine Punkte wurde mittels der Trenchless-Technologie bearbeitet. Gesamtlänge der Wechselstromleitung: 48 km.

Ausführungsplanung, Bauarbeiten und Verlegung der Kabel für die Verwirklichung der Verbindung 380 kV von Melilli - Priolo. Ausführungsplanung, Bauarbeiten und Verlegung von Kabeln auf Verbindungsstraßen und der Verbindung von elektrischen Stationene in Melilli (SR) und Priolo (SR). Die Ausgrabungen der Fugengräben und die Bohrungen wurden im felsigen Untergrund durchgeführt. Zur Erleichterung der Grabungsarbeiten wurde bei jeder Möglichkeit eine Maschine mit einer Seillinie genutzt. Gesamtlänge des Wechselstromkabels: 19,5 km.

Detailed project, civil works and cable laying for realization of 380 kV connection Melilli – Priolo (SR).The double circuit line is mostly developed on inter-communal roads and connects the electric stations of Melilli (SR) and Priolo (SR), in Sicily.The excavations of trenches and the joint bays were performed in rocky substratum. In order to maximize the efficiency of excavation, a catenary machine for trenching was used, where possible.Total length of HV cable: 19,5 km.

Al fine di massimizzare il rendimento delle operazioni di scavo, ove possibile è stata impiegata una macchina operatrice a catenaria per la realizzazione delle trincee.Lunghezza complessiva cavo AT: 19,5 km.

Die Linie verläuft komplett entlang von Güterwegen und interkommunalen Straßen sowie Staatsstraßen und Provinzstraßen.Einzelne Punkte der Linie wurden mittels Trenchless-Technologie realisiert (kontrollierte horizontale Bohrung).Gesamtlänge des Wechselstromkabel: 73,5 km.
