details. We have found serious troubles with the gear-box, particularly with the

722.9 electronic module plate. This trouble, we think, is in the subcontractors of

Mercedes Benz, the manufacturer of the particular module.

Data about 7G Tronic Automatic Transmission Control Unit.

Since 2003 over 4 000 000 TCM pieces for 7G tronic

Mercedes have been produced by Siemens. They are

still producing this unit!

Valve Body + TCM = 1700.00 eur in Mercedes Bulgar-

ia. You cannot buy separately the TCM unit – only on

some separate occasions!

All Siemens TCM units have their factory weak points.

Even the third generation of units, which are said to

have no problems after

the first year of work, start producing defects!

Standard Warranty by Mercedes for a brand new TCM

is 1 - 2 years –we can provide a life-time Warranty for

our remanufactured units!

Data about the NISSAN JATCO RE5R05A 0 260 550 002 transmission control unit.

From 2005 to 2006 over than 1 600 000 TCM pieces were

produced by Bosch. They have started producing this unit

since 2002!

Valve Body + TCM = 2500.00 euro in Nissan Bulgaria. You

cannot buy separately a TCM unit!

ZF 6HP Transmission Control Unit

Softelectronic repairs any software problem with the trans-

mission control unit that is ZF 6HP Automatic Transmission

used in BMW, Audi, Ford, VW, Kia, Hyundai, Chrysler, Land Rover,

Lancia, Lincoln, Porsche, Maserati, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Jaguar!

According to CSM estimates for 2006, 52% of all ZF 6HP

6-speed automatic transmissions are implemented in BMW

applications, with 29% going to Ford Group and 19% desti-

ned for the VW Group.



The first and second generations ZF 6HP TCMs produced till 2006 usually

had problems with the software.

The third generation ZF 6HP TCMs produced 2007-2008 also have pro-

blems with the software, including a range sensor defect. When there is a

range sensor defect, the unit cannot be repaired. What we do is to modify a

first or second generation unit and after some adjustments it is ready to be

used as a third generation TCM!

For example, we take a BMW TCM and turn it into an Audi TCM!
