4 Provide PayPRO specialists with a protocol

A protocol is a text file with the description of positive and negative text USSD-requests (to

transfer the money from one sim-card to another) or SMS-requests (to transfer the money from a

program using a modem sends a USSD-request to an operator, or an SMS-request to a bank about

transferring the money from your account to client’s account subtracting a configured fee.
