Individual Learning Plan (ILP)Journey at SOIL begins by creating Individual Learning Plans based on Caliper Profile Assessment (a leadership potential assessment) which helps to list out and work on individual's developmental areas. Industry Mentors and Faculty work together with the students to achieve their goals aligning it with the ILP developed.

MentoringSenior Industry Leaders mentor each student individually in a well laid out foundation of a Mentorship Program at the school. Every mentor understands the goals of each of their mentee and helps them realize it through the Individual Learning Plan developed for each of them.

Business Leadership Program Provides the perspectives and insights to take on the complex challenges of an interconnected business environment. Eligibility: Professionals with a minimum of 2 years working experience (Avg. work-ex for Class of 2014: 4.5 yrs)

HR Leadership Program Provides perspectives and insights to deal with contemporary human capital challenges and issues that shape modern organizations.Eligibility: Fresh graduates and working professionals(Avg. work-ex for Class of 2014: 2.2 yrs)
