efm Hospitality Solutions is led by two experienced hospitality executives with international backgrounds, Nikolas Eastwick-Field and John Murphy, who are seasoned Caribbean and Latin America specialists. Their combined experience has encompassed working in every department of an operating hotel and resort as well as holding senior positions within major international brands. This experience has provided them with practical knowledge and has earned them a keen sensitivity to local conditions, opportunities and challenges. Both principals are certified Community Association Managers.
The name of the company actually defines its industry niche, “Solutions”. Consulting companies for the most part conduct research and prepare a report identifying the problems. efm conducts research and prepares reports of its findings, but there the similarity ends. That is the starting point for efm. The company then undertakes to provide the profitable solutions to the problems that have been identified. The difference is in the delivery.
efm is positioned to handle all the needs of property owners and developers. Our professional team, along with a network of industry partners, understands the business and has the practical knowledge to develop and implement strategic plans that produce results.
efm offers a broad and comprehensive spectrum of services that can be combined and customized to address the specific needs of each client, whether it is a resort under development that requires definition, a recently purchased property that needs to be repositioned, modernized or brought up to standard, or an operating hotel seeking to streamline operations.
