The MODULIT LOGO range of special purpose trolleys is characterized by the successful combination of sophisticated design, outstanding flexibility and practice-oriented functionality. All products comply with relevant safety standards and norms pertaining to the field of medicine but do not classify as medical devices pursuant to the German Medical Devices Act.

Frame: The stable full-metal construction in sandwich design (material thickness 2 x 0.8 mm) is insulated to reduced noise, shockproof and scratch-resistant, hygienic, easy to care for, UV-resistant and available in the following versions: galvanized, phosphated and chromated sheet steel, with polyester epoxy powder or in polished CrNi steel 1.4301 (if specified).

Cover: The cover is jointless and seamless and is made of deep-drawn ABS laminate. It is laser-proof, hygienic, UV resistant and matches the trolley frame in silver RAL 9006.

Drawers: standard full-extension drawers and soft-closing function. Effortless lifting and lowering facilitates assembly and disassembly, including guides with ball bearings, automatic return and detent mechanism. This keeps the drawers from opening while the trolley is in movement, edged with sealing profiles.

Handle element: the standard version of the drawers is equipped with ergonomic recessed pull made of plastic. Flat front surface without mounted elements facilitates cleaning.

Castors: 4 double swivel castors, 2 with brakes Ø 125 mm, electrically conductive and wear resistant, matching impact protection corners in anthracite grey, RAL 7016.

Construction features

Hinged door: Max. door opening 220°. The 90° door opening allows for unrestricted access to the interior. The doors can be aligned two dimensionally and are equipped with a circumferential seal. The patented hinge with its integrated door closer and automatic lock ensures that the doors do not open on their own and can be closed gently without causing any noise.

Push bar: The special shape of the push bar enables back-friendly working positions irrespective of height The push bar is mounted to the right side of the special-purpose trolley.

Accessories: Located on the left side panel are 10 plug connections, so-called click adapters, for the quick installation and flexible exchange of accessories.


The multifunctional panel offers 10 further plug connections to connect acces-sories such as syringe and needle holders

The color schemes and quality of Maquet enamels are ideally suited to the demands set by the working environment found in hospitals and private practices.

MODULIT LOGO surfaces are powder-coated in satin finish. This powder coating is especially robust, anti-static and non-reflecting; it is resistant to scratches, impact and disinfectants.

The standard color for the frames and bases of the MODULIT LOGO program is "silver" (RAL 9006). Ten other colors are available for doors, drawer panels and recessed pulls. The color scheme corresponds to parts of the VARIOP color chart MSW-SO-10000808. This enables optimum color coordination of panels and special-purpose trolley.

Choosing different colors for the front elements and the recessed pulls produces interesting color accents and combinations.

The desired color can be specified in the order with the respective color code: e.h. pure = 60.

Coatings in other RAL, NCS or Sikkens colors is possible.

Beautiful design and maximum comfort ARC examination tables

ARC examination tables are electrically height adjustable with the aid of foot bars on the side and can therefore be lowered as required to suit the patient. The examination table is equipped with a safety pin to interrupt the power supply in compliance with the requirements of BfArM (Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices in Germany). Further benefits, in addition to the optically appealing white power coating of the frame, is the high load-bearing capacity of 200 kg. The partitioned and 60 mm high pad is available in sic attractive colors. ARC examination tables are class 1 medical devices pursuant to the German Medical Devices Act.

To clean the pads, use a soft cloth, a household sponge or a soft household brush with a slightly alkaline general detergent (soap suds).

The pads can be disinfected using standard surface disinfectants, which contain neither alcohol nor chlorine.

Mobile in more than one sense Patient transporter TRANSMOBIL 2

Versatile and comfortable: TRANSMOBIL 2 is very stable, electrically conductive and easy to clean. One of its advantages are details such as the additional 5th castor that can be optionally activated for improved maneuvering and straight-line travel, and the central brake which can be activated from all four sides, making operation even easier. The maximum load is 225 kg. Ergonomic push bars at the head and foot ends make transport easier. The TRANSMOBIL 2 offers patients added comfort thanks to its low mounting height and thick padding. The patient transporter TRANSMOBIL 2 is a class 1 medical device pursuant to the German Medical Devices Act.

Talent for combining: There are several table tops available for the TRANSMOBIL 2 that can be exchanged quickly and easily as required.
