• How To Solve An Addition Equation• Free Kick: remember to do the same to BOTH sides!

• First Pass: Get the number that the variable is being added too, and subtract that number from itself which it cancels it out then subtract the same number to the other side.

• Second Pass: You must check your solution or a serious penalty could happen!

are trying to subtract you have to add a line which means to take the operation sign and either make it an addition sign and then make the number after the operation sign the opposite value (if it is a negative then make it a positive and if it is a positive than make it a negative).
