SOMAPY TIMES
SPOTLIGHT SOMAPY Splashing Fun!
SOMAPY camp got wet, wacky, and became kinsman warriors in our Clash of the Clans Week friendly games! Mr. Jonathan had each group create a castle with shields to defend against other teams as we had a great day of water balloon and sponge fun.

Aquatics/Swim Lessons Certified swim instructors, including
our staff, teach skills that reduce the
risk of drowning and give children the
confidence to be in and around water.
With safety as our top priority, we
have very strict guidelines for campers
to advance themselves to the next
swim level. Because of our lessons,
there is a high success rate of campers
advancing by the end of the summer. In
our first 3 weeks we have advanced
about 15 campers to the next swim
level. All campers advance at their own
pace so be patient with your child’s
progress. Try to encourage them to
progress.
CAMPER’S BACKPACK:
What to Bring Every Day:
Backpack without wheels.
Swimsuit, towel & plastic bag.
Reusable water bottle labeled with name
Sunscreen
Shorts, t-shirt & sneakers are pre-ferred. No open-toed shoes or flip flops.
Lunch and snack. No nuts. We are a nut safe camp. No refrigeration for lunches is available, use ice packs.
Way to Go Campers !
Another reason camp is so much fun is because our campers follow our four core values. Lets give a big round of applause to our Camper Excellence Award Winners for week 2.
