M-24 Conveyor Belt :-The general fabric conveyor belt is made of EP, NN or Cotton fabric and finished through the processes of calendaring, firming and vulcanizing, etc.

RECOMMENDED FOR :-It is suitable for conveying in normal temperature various non-corrosive pointless lumps, granular or powders such as coal, coke, sand and cement in bulk or packaged.

Tiger M-27 Conveyor Belt :-Tiger M-27® Super High tensile strength, superior in abrasion & cut resistance. Transporting highly abrasive materials.

RECOMMENDED FOR :-Rubble , sand(sharp), cement (ground), Clay slacked lime, charcoal, Super phosphate (lump and powder), coal, ashes, soda earth, pulp etc.

General Purpose Conveyor Belts

HR Conveyor Belts are heat resistant suitable for continuous Temperature up to 120° centigrade for coarse materials and 100°

Centigrade for fines. These conveyor belts are mainly used in Foundries, Chemical, Paper & Fertilizer plants etc.

RECOMMENDED FOR Very good for general hot & moderately abrasive materials.

SHR Conveyor Belt :-SHR Conveyor Belts is used for handling material up to 180° Centigrade for fines and 200° Centigrade for coarse material. These belts are mainly used for conveying Coke, Sintered ore, Pellet and Clinker Etc.

SEHR-36 Conveyor BeltSEHR-36 Conveyor Belt :-

SEHR-36 Conveyor Belts are used for controlled high temperature applications, it is suitable for continuous handling material up to 200 degree centigrade and a peak temperature of 250 degree centigrade. These conveyor belts are mainly used to handle red hot materials such as Cement, Clinker, Sintered Ore and Phosphate

STA Conveyor BeltSTA (Bullet Proof Aramid Fabric) Conveyor Belt.STA Conveyor Belt occupies a unique position in the spectrum of Steel

reinforcing belt. Its specific excellent composition makes it the highest

strength Belt Worldwide. STA has the highest strength-to-weight ratio

of any of the conveyor belt reinforcements, more than triple that of E

glass fiber which is commonly in use, and five times that of steel cord.

This also prevent the penetration of bullet in the Conveyor Belt.

STA Conveyor Belt is not only available for continuous operation from

200 C to 300 C but its fiber does not melt or burn it provides very good

heat resistant performance for instant contact temperature up to 538 C.

Chevron conveyor belts are specially designed for the effective

material handling in the applications where the angle of incline is

higher for the material to be conveyed and the material tends to slide

on a conventional conveyor belt. Chevron belts are suitable for

transporting a wide range of bulk materials and also for unit loads

such as bags, bales, crates, sacks etc. Chevron belts can achieve

high conveying capacities even at inclinations of up to 40 -45º

The Only Press having 3 Ram Hydraulic Cylinder across the Width confirming Absolute Even Thicknesses across the Width.

 The Only Company which has 5 Stage Conveyorised Bed Building Station, with attached Hydraulic Tension Devices for perfect lamination. The Building Table has Unique System for Traverse Movement of Building Station Through Remote Panle Operation and Power Pack for Pressure Rolls at each station to eliminate air en-trappment between teh plies and cover.

Somi’s Technical USP’S The Only Company whos has 2 Sets of Brand New (2011 Make) Calendar Machine 24” x 80” for Rubber Lamination using Transfer Coat Technology; 400 KW; AC Motor; Nib Adjustment 0-40mm; The Machine is attached with Auto Guiding and Auto Traveller using Optical Sensing & RF Reflectors & Trekking System for Rubber Edge Trimming and even batching at Winder. 

The Only Co. that has Intermeshing/Intermix Machine with 1100 HP AC Drives for Perfect & Homogenous Compounding of Rubber with Chemicals. The System is attached to Conveyorised Cooling Rack with Dipping Tank (Chiller Plant Circulating Water at 8 Deg C) for Special Additives Cooling Bath and Forced Air Draft Heavy Duty Fans for Immediate Cooling of Hot Compound to avoid Scorching. Plant is drawn in Single Line Flow Diagram with Total 5-S Activities in place. All Machines supported with Over Head Cranes& Conveyorised System at every Machine for Material Handling & Transportation. QAP is Strictly Followed to ensure consistent suerlative quality always.
