Model LAL204A amplifi ers have 20 dB automatic gain

input windows to provide a clean fi xed output. Model

HRT120, HRT116, HRT112, HRT109and HRT106 directional couplers tap a

portion of the signal to feed distribution

nodes. The trunk level is indicated on the

left and the tap level output is indicated on the right.

Vertical versions of the taps HRvT106, H R vT10 9 H R vT112 , H R vT116 a n d

HRvT120 are also available.

DBS signals need amplifi cation to a constant level over

a wide signal level input range.

Amplifi ers may be coax line powered from either their

RF input or RF output connectors.

Input (4) includes wide forward bandwidth and passive

sub-band return for use with CATV signals.

Model LAL204A provides (4) automatic gain controlled

outputs of -20 dBm @ 2150 MHz with 32 equal input

transponders. The LED indicators Blink RED @ inputs

below -48 dBm. LED indicators turn Green with inputs

between -22 dBm to -48 dBm. LED indicators turn REDwith inputs greater than -22 dBm.

Model LAL204A amplifi ers provide a solid starting

point for distributing the SL5 polarities to multiple

IDF closets. Model HRvT1xx single port taps have

coupling values of 20 dB, 16 dB, 12 dB, 9 dB and 6 dB

to couple the desired signal level to SWM switches.

Model LAL204A amplifi ers may be used with WB68

switches in a headend. The

WB68 switch does not have

automatic gain like the SWM

switches. Automatic gain in

the LAL204A feeding model

HRvS8P splitters provides

a -38 dBm input to the

switches to support the

signal level window of

B-Band converters.
