InvestmentThe Center would required to make an Upfront of Rs 1500 Per Form

Now if the center gets paid on the the particular seat(means they made less than 15 errors) they will be getting the next project for Rs 500.

Take for an example a centers starts from August 1st 2014

1. On 31st July 2014 they made an Upfront of Rs 1500 for a project

2. They will be start working from 1st Aug till 10 Aug

3. On 11th they made a payment of Rs 1500 for the 2nd Project starts working from 11th till 20th August

4. On 21st they made a payment of Rs 1500 for the 3rd Project starts working from 21st till 30th August

5. On 25th they will be getting the 1st payout and if they made less than 16 errors they will be get paid as according to the payout structure Plus RS 1000 will be refunded for the 2nd Project and so it goes on

Kindly make sure the payment is the maximum and the Refund here is applicable if the centers makes less than 16 mistake.If in this case the center would be getting the refund of RS 1000 out of RS 1500 that they have made for the 2nd Project on per seats

Investment and Revenue

Total Invested in the Project for 10 seats 1500x10x3 = 45,000(wherein 1500 is the project costx10 seats x3 10 days duration)

Rebate = 25,000(wherein 1000 is refunded if makes less than 16 errors,10 project @1500 and 20

project@ 500)

Revenue = 4,50,000(15000 x 30 projects for a month considering center has earned)

Profit = 4,25,000(Profit- Revenue-Investment(-rebate)

Start Up Procedure

• The center would express there interest over the process• Center would require to make an upfront of 1500 per

project so with 10 seats the Initial Investment would be 15000 INR

• After Payment the Center would be getting the User Id and the Center code within 48 working hours

• They will be getting the project within 72 hours.• The center can gets started and they will be getting a Full
