Vkupnata ekonomska sostojba, spored ocenata na rakovoditelite na pretprijatijata vo dekemvri 2007 godina e oceneta kako popovolna vo odnos na prethodniot mesec. Ocenkata za tekovnata obezbedenost na proizvodstvoto so pora~ki e malku popesimisti~ka vo odnos na prethodniot mesec. Obemot na proizvodstvoto na pretprijatijata vo izminatite tri do ~etiri meseci go zadrùva istoto tempo, a ocenkata za o~ekuvaniot obem na proizvodstvoto za naredniot period e ponepovolna, kako i ocenkata za o~ekuvaniot broj na vraboteni. Zalihite na surovini i repromaterijali, tekovnite nabavki na surovini i repromaterijali, kako i zalihite na gotovi proizvodi, vo dekemvri 2007 godina, se bez pogolemi promeni i se pod i okolu normalata. Vo naredniot period prose~nite nabavni ceni na inputite se o~ekuva da porasnat, kako i prose~nite proda`ni ceni na gotovite proizvodi.

Prose~noto iskoristuvawe na kapacitetite na pretprijatijata vo dekemvri 2007 godina, vo odnos na prethodniot mesec, e zgolemeno i iznesuva 62.5% od normalnoto iskoristuvawe. Najgolemo vlijanie na ograni~uvaweto na obemot na proizvodstvoto vo dekemvri 2007 godina imaat slednive faktori: nedovolnata doma{na pobaruva~ka so 16.0%, nedovolnata stranska pobaruva~ka so 12.0% i finansiskite problemi so 11.8%.

The total business situation of enterprises according to the managers of the enterprises in December 2007 is more satisfactory than in the previuous monthThe total business situation according to the managers of the enterprises in December 2007 is more satisfactory than in the previous month. The situation with the present production orders supplying is less satisfactory than in the previous month. In the past three-four months the volume of production of the enterprises keep the same level, but the expected production volume, and the expectations of the number of the employees are less satisfactory. The stocks of the raw materials and intermediate goods, present supplies of the production with raw materials and intermediate goods, in December 2007, are not with big changes and are around normal level. In the next period the average purchasing prices of the inputs are expected to increase as well as the average selling prices of the finished goods.The enterprises average capacity utilization level in December 2007 is increased compared to the previous month by 62.5% of normal utilization. The most important influence limiting the production development in December 2007 reffers to the following factors: insufficient domestic demand with 16.0%, insufficient foreign demand with 12.0% and financial problems with 11.8%.

METODOLO[KI OBJASNUVAWA

Cel na istraùvaweto

Osnovnata cel na istraùvaweto za delovnite tendencii vo prerabotuva~kata industrija e da se dobijat brzi podatoci za tekovnata sostojba i o~ekuvanite dvièwa na glavnite ekonomski pokazateli vo pretprijatijata, a so toa i vo posebnite oddeli na dejnosti i prerabotuva~kata industrija vo celina.

Ovie podatoci moàt da se koristat pri donesuvaweto na kratkoro~nite delovni odluki na pretprijatijata, kako i vodeweto na kratkoro~nata ekonomska politika na zemjata.

Statisti~kite serii {to se dobivaat od ova istraùvawe se osobeno povolni za nabquduvawe na delovniot ciklus i za prognozirawe.

Mese~noto statisti~ko istraùvawe za delovnite tendencii vo prerabotuva~kata industrija, Dràvniot zavod za statistika zapo~na da go sproveduva od april 2001 godina. Metodologijata i pra{alnikot za ova istraùvawe se podgotveni spored preporakite na OECD za harmonizirawe na ovie istraùvawa, so {to se ovozmoùva i direktna sporedlivost na podatocite.

METHODOLOGICAL EXPLANATION

Purpose of the SurveyThe main purpose of the Business Tendency Survey in Manufacturing industry is to obtain quick information on the current situation and expectations about further movements of the main economic indicators in enterprises, divisions of the National Classifications of Activities and Manufacturing industry as a whole. This data can be used for the short-term business decisions in the enterprises as well as for the creating of the short-term economic policy of the country.The statistical series derived from business survey are very suitable for business cycle monitoring and forecasting.The State Statistical Office of the Republic of Macedonia has been conducting the monthly Business Tendency Survey in Manufacturing industry since April 2001. Methodology and questionnaire for this survey are prepared in accordance with the recommendations of OECD for harmonization of these surveys, in which way the direct comparability of the data its enabled.

Type of SurveyBusiness Tendency Survey in Manufacturing industry is qualitative survey that uses opinion-testing techniques. It collects qualitative (good, satisfactory, bad, up, unchanged, down etc.), not quantitative (numerical) data from business managers on their assessment of the current situation of the main economic indicators in their enterprises and their expectations for the directions of movements of those indicators in the near future.

The sampleThe sample for the Business Tendency Survey in Manufacturing industry includes 200 enterprises classified in the division No 15 to 36 of the National Classification of Activities (NACE), from which 109 enterprises are purposively selected and 91 enterprises are randomly selected.The purposive selection of the 109 enterprises was done by the criteria of including enterprises with largest turnover in the appropriate division of the NACE. The random selection of the 91 enterprises was done accordingly to the proportion of the number of enterprises in the appropriate division of the NACE.

WeightingEach individual answer is weighte during the processing, which means that each individual answer receives appropriate significance according to the size of each enterprise. The number of employees in the enterprise and the value of the turnover are used as weighting variables. The data are generally presented in the form of balances. The balance is obtained by taking the difference between weighted positive and negative answers expressed in percent. The balance shows the movement of the observed economic indicators and not their real size.The percentage of factors limiting production is calculated as proportion of weighted answers for appropriate factor in the total number of weighted answers for all factors.

Primerok

Istraùvaweto za delovnite tendencii vo prerabotuva~kata industrija se sproveduva na primerok od 200 pretprijatija klasificirani vo oddelite 15-36 od Nacionalnata klasifikacija na dejnosti (NKD), od koi 109 pretprijatija se namerno izbrani, a 91 slu~ajno.

Namerniot izbor na 109-te pretprijatija e izvr{en spored kriteriumot da bidat opfateni pretprijatijata so najgolema realizirana vrednost vo soodvetniot oddel na dejnosti od NKD, a pak slu~ajniot izbor na ostanatite 91 pretprijatie e napraven proporcionalno spored brojot na pretprijatijata vo soodvetniot oddel na dejnosti od NKD.

Ponderirawe

Sekoj individualen odgovor vo obrabotkite se ponderira {to zna~i mu se dava soodvetna teìna {to ja odrazuva va`nosta, odnosno goleminata na sekoe pretprijatie. Ponderiraweto na sekoj odgovor se vr{i so brojot na vrabotenite vo pretprijatieto i negovata realizirana vrednost.

Rezultatite od obrabotkite na odgovorite na sekoe pra{awe se prikaùvaat vo forma na balansi. Balansot pretstavuva razlika pome|u ponderiranite pozitivni i negativni odgovori, izrazena vo procenti. Balansot go pokaùva dvièweto na nabquduvaniot ekonomski pokazatel, a ne negovata vistinska golemina.Strukturata (izrazena vo procenti) na ograni~uva~kite faktori na proizvodstvoto se presmetuva kako u~estvo na ponderiranite odgovori za soodvetniot faktor vo vkupniot broj na ponderiranite odgovori za site faktori.
