Course Request Verification
I have made my selections thoughtfully and will maintain my eligibility for these courses. I also understand that course changes are not considered without an extenuating reason. Changing one’s mind about a course is not sufficient reason for a schedule change, nor is getting a lower grade, a job, or extracurricular activities. Staffing allocations are determined based on my course request.

Honors/AP Agreement
Honors/AP Agreement (if requesting Honors or AP courses)
I understand that Honors/AP courses are rigorous. I have thought carefully about taking this coursework and commit to the higher level of expectations and workload.
I understand I must be proficient or better on the designated AZMerit test to be enrolled in an Honors/AP course. If I am not proficient, I will be removed before July and placed in a regular section of the course or its regular equivalent.
I understand I will not be able to drop the Honors/AP classes during a semester, regardless of the grade I am earning.
