    4.Roller cone bit classication:

Roller-cone bits classification is generally based on:

1- Tungsten carbide inserts (TCI) bits

    Or

    2- Milled-tooth bits.

    4.1-IADC Classifcation:

I$%C code consists of four characters# indicating bit design and for!ation

tye being drilled. *irst three characters are nu!erical# fourth one +literal. The

    nu!erical code characters se,uence is deter!ined as series-tye-

    1) *irst code digit+roller cone bit series (1-0):

    of roc for!ations being drilled. 3eries fro! 1 to 4 deter!ine 3teel Tooth bits#

and series fro! 5 to 0 +Tungsten Carbide Tooth.

Increasing of inside grou digits designates increasing of roc for!ation

Tye 1 corresonds to drill bits for the softest roc for!ations &ithin the

    1.Conclusion:

During tis report ( claim tat te body of te roller cone bit ave a

concave sides and roller is te best type of te bit because 5e can

    used in every formation.

Roller cone bit ave tree cones and t5o cone but tree cones are

better because it as more rate of penetration; better gauge ole

    and more oil is distributed.

And ( claim tat te seal system tat is a part of bearing system

classify as static and dynamic and roller use bot of tem ;also te

design of roller important and done for lo5 coast and 5e can use

I1 on it and so on.
