ZONING OVERVIEW
CG commercial-general. This district provides areas where a variety of retail and commercial service activities can be conducted compatible with surrounding uses and residential districts. Churches, schools and day care and nursery facili t ies are permitted. Minimum lot size is 10,000 SF. Minimum lot width 75 ft. Maximum building height is 45 ft. Places of assembly in the CG & CI districts may exceed the maximum permitted height provided that for every one (1) foot of height above for ty-five (45) feet, all required yards shall be increased by one (1) foot.
RS-60 residential single-family. This district provides areas for primarily low density single-family detached dwellings similar to those provided for in the RS-150, RS-100 and RS-75 single-family districts, but with smaller minimum lot size requirements. Minimum lot size is 6,000 SF. Minimum lot width is 60 ft. Maximum building height 35 ft. Maximum 7 dwelling units per acre.
