Prerequisites prior to starting Craig proof of concept are:•Establish approval and support from CCTHITA Business and Economic Development•Establish approval and support from CCTHITA Executive Board•Establish approval and support from Craig Community Association, POWTEC and Klawock Cooperative Association•Define a financial limit available from CCTHITA, Craig Community Association, POWTEC and Klawock Cooperative Association.•Establish a partnership with AP&T and ACS for the Prince of Wales Island.•Complete a fully engineered solution complete with material lists and obtain hard cost estimates from vendors and contractors for each phase, including local, backhaul and POP costs•Insure all other local business such as Craig CATV has an opportunity to participate or establish a partnership if possible•Obtain all necessary permits
