The National Historian would like the following information submitted on separate paper: your current list of Officers, your current list of New Members and their Initiation dates. ALL Graduate Chapters Historians COMPLETE the required INFORMATION and attach to this report. Annual Updated Chapter information is required from all Regions. The Regional Historians combines chapter reports to Regional Conference Book of Reports and sends the 2nd (hard copy) to the National Historian on or before April 1st of FY. The National Historian keeps and compiles a chronological record of activities of the Sorority and Archives of National Headquarters. Prepares and submits a report to National Board of Directors and for Boule’ Book of Reports.
